Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cms watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surfaces in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Supply and fix for mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for hand-rail straight portion. Drilled and countersunk for balusters, running bars, for doors, balusters nosing to steps including in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling, holes notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.,) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Supply and fix for galvanised PVC chain link fencing 80x80mm with PVC coated mesh made out of 3mm dia MS wire and 1.5mm thick PVC coating through out and fixed to post complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
All as per item No.07 here-in-before but except fencing.
Supply and fix for MS round bars 10mm and above, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe-410-W (Gd E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
All as per item No.09 here-in-before but except mild steel round bars.
Supply and fix for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, length of bolt exc 10 cm and not exc 15 cms long of 5 to 10mm dia of neck as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Supply and fix for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Demolition of precast concrete block walling build in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cms in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 type C1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, cills, dado, skirting etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick as in floors and similar works over 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:3, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick as in skirting/ dado and similar works over 10mm thick screed /backing coat in CM 1:3, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match including cutting, polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs on edge, such as in steps, cooking plaform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and lanour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
All as per item No.23 here-in-before but except fixing tiles.

Note: Manhole cover shall be of "BMC pattern" precast slab as in RMC M30 obtained from approved manufacturer as directed by GE.
