Supply & installation of Grid of maintanance free concrete earthing using conductive concrete of resistivity 0.001 Ohm with copper bonded rod of dia 17.2mm, 6 metre length embedded in 80mm dia of conductive concrete to get earth resistance value of less than 01 Ohm. Note : (i) The rates quoted by the contractor against this item shall be for not less than 20 maintenance free concrete earthings in each grid. (ii) Bidder shall produce certificate for resistivity of conductive concrete . (iii) On completion of work Engineer in charge will check the earth resistance in presence of user. Contactor will re-do the earthing if earth resistance value is more than 01 ohm. (iv) Contactor shall produce affidavit on a stamp paper for the guarantee of the earth resistance value (<01 ohm) for a period of ten years. (v) Grid of concrete earthing shall be made/ connected with copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm and cost of the same is included in the rate quoted, upto test point. (vi) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost of earth lead of copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm upto test point. Make of conductive concrete :- Elancrete, Pragati or equivalent approved make as approved by GE.

Supply & fixing earth continuity conductor copper strip of size 20x3mm fixed to wall on batten with earth strip insulator or buried in ground or drawn in conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Water Heater storage type, five star rated, electric operated, 25 Ltr capacity 230Volt AC Supply with PVC Connection pipe Superior quality (HOT & Cold water ) including Plug top 15 Amp, NRV complete with making necessary water connection and electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 2.5 sqmm with multi stranded copper conductor , FRLS type cable drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit of 20mm in size complete with all accessories alongwith provn of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed ,multi stranded copper conductor , FRLS type cable as earth wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:Two runs of cable and one run of earth wire and conduit shall be measured as one unit

M & L for Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1 : 3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintal, etc, or concealed conduit wiring , etc and making good, cutting exceeding 20 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Socket outlet 5 Pin multipurpose piano, flush type single pole, one way 15 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixtures on wall or ceiling or laid in floor, of pipe 15 mm dia.

Supply and fix DB double door SPN 4 way for MCB 240 volt with 200 amps rated bus bar
