Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient specified and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen of grade VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing premix bituminous macadam with binder (paving bitumen grade VG-30) content @ 4 % by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber of thickness not more than 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 ton capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for open graded premixed carpeting 40 mm thick using waste plastic( 8 % by weight of bitumen) quoted aggregates and bituminous binder of grade VG-30 as per IRC SP 98 2013. Premixed bituminous carpet 40mm thick open graded composed of 13.2 mm graded size @0.36 cum per 10 sqm and 11.2 mm graded aggregate size and 0.18 cum per 10 sqm, preheating aggregates to the required temperature and mixing with 2.336 Kg shredded plastic ( 8% waste processed plastic by weight shall be used for coating aggregate) and finally mixing with bituminous binder @ 26.864 per 10 sqm i.e. 92% standard bitumen and all as per IRC SP 98 2013, laying to required camber and gradient and rolling finishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying liquid seal coat by applying evenly binder(using paving bitumen VG-30) @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm blinding with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 sqm and rolled to a uniform smooth surface using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding. 12 tonne including watering as necessary and consolidating to required level, gradient or camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 100mm thick Dry lean concrete type D2(1:4:8) (using 40mm graded agg) as in pavements rolled and compacted complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for sand cushioning 10 mm thick using approved sand spread and leveled over dry lean concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for laying Polythene film 400 micron thick (virgin quality) of weight 390gm/Sqm antifriction layer on the base course complete as per specification with overlap, minimum 300 mm between adjacent strips in both direction complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 30 cm cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40kg/per sq cm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre,complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for painting lines,dashes,arrows, letters, etc. on roads using thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5mm uniform thickness finished with glass beads (MORTH Grade) white or yellow colour, not exceeding 100 mm wide with the help of road marking machine including cleaning the surface throughly and removing all dirts dust complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlig of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each not.exceeding 0.5 CUM, getting out, removing, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding. 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded Agg as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface exceeding 10 cm width or girth on over one coat of primer (Red oxide Zinc chrome) including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
