M&L for flame proof point wiring for one light point / Exhaust fan point with 2.50 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable and 2.50 sq mm as earth wire in and including ERW steel rigid heavy duty conduit duly painted flame proof black enamelled of suitable size on wall complete with all fittings such as elbows, bends, connectors, sadles, clamps etc and other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note :- 1. Taking down of old point wiring is incuded in this item. 2.Junction Box will be measured and paid seperatly.

Supply and fixing in replacement CMRI certified flameproof/weather proof 1X40 Watt LED bulkhead fitting wall/surface mounted or recess in wall/roof, well glass luminaire suitable for RF LED lamp, recommended for Gas/Vapour group of IIA & IIB and zone 1 & 2, IP65 protection, Epoxy finish LM6 die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass, including inbuilt electronic driver, 2 kv surge protection, internally pre-wired, LED lamp, connector block etc complete with all other accessories and including making electric connection connecting with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable (flame proof) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc. by using CM (1:3) including taking down old unserviceable light fitting any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement (concealed in wall) factory made Flameproof DB duly painted, 12 Way, SPN, dust and vermin proof including operating knob, cable glands, earth bar, bus bar with all accessories and comprising of the following including taking out old unserviceable existing DB any type complete all as specified and as directed.:- (i) MCB B curve, SPN 32 Amps, 10KA - 01 No (incoming) (ii) MCB B curve, SP 6 Amps, 10KA - 10 Nos (outgoing)

Supply and fixing in replacement (concealed in wall) factory made Flameproof DB duly painted, 08 Way, SPN, dust and vermin proof including operating knob, cable glands, earth bar, bus bar with all accessories and comprising of the following including taking out old unserviceable existing DB any type complete all as specified and as directed.:- (i) MCB C curve, SPN 32 Amps, 10KA - 01 No (incoming) (ii) MCB C curve, SP 6 Amps, 10KA - 06 Nos (outgoing)

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flameproof light fitting 2 x 16/20 Watt, Poly Carbonate appx 4 feet long, environment friendly, including electric connection with using 2 core flexible copper conductor cable 23/0.00076 from ceiling rose to tube fitting, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications, including taking down old Unserviceable light fitting any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 100 Lumen per watt. (b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts. (c) Temp operating range : Minus 10°C to Plus 45°C (d) Power factor : Minimum 0.95 (e) THD : Max10%. (f) IP rating : IP-20. (g) CRCA pre coated housing with two coloured plastic end cap. (h) LED Driver of the make as of the luminaire. (j) LED driver should be complete with all protections viz open/short circuit protection, over voltage protection, all as per standard design of manufacturer. (k) Surge protection minimum 2.5 kV.
