Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness , including cover fillets.(incl Removing of debris from defence land and disposed off from the premises where dirceted) complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of 'E' board (Design: LACK & hILL) 605x605x4 mm thick, white pre laminated set embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be power coated white. The frame work shall be comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thickgalvanised steel sheet and of size 24 mm X32mmX300 mm board spaced at 120 mm maximum centre to centre, hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug level and fasterners and screws etc.,The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjecent wall , flushing fitting of 1200 mm longer cross tee(with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre from 1200X600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently . 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200 mm cross tee(with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre from 1200X600 mm modules cross Tee longer thyan 600 mm to be supported independently . The perimeter wall angle shall be 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19 mm X 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per manufacturer's instructions complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling (floor/wall tiling of ceramic/ kota stone/ marbles/ granite) including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to spread , rubbish off the premises , complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0(12.50 mm graded aggregate), 25mm thick as in sub base to the tile flooring , incl demolition of unreinforced cement concrete as in floors, pavings n.exc 15 cm thick complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified double charged/dark shade/ Ultra Charged ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm , in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 1.05 hereinbefore but in Skirting/ dado over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm / 450X 350X 7mm / 300X200X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4)complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Kota stone slab flooring (Mirror Polished) 20 mm (+/- 2 mm) mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Machine Cut Kota stone slab (mirror Polished) 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado & pillar over 10mm thick plater in CM (1:4) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutters of any description (without taking off shutter from the frames) n. exc 1.50 Sqm each complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for RCC (nominal mix ) type B-1, (1:2:4) (20 mm stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and shelves and the like complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper (white/tinted) on walls over 1.50 mm thick putty finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls etc ., incl 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on brick surfaces on brick work and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whitening, including removing of debris/rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls , incl 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats cement base paint over a priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, including removing of debris/rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for five layer prefabricated atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) modified 3.00 mm thick membrane ( weight not less 3 kg/sqm) reinforced with 160 gm polyester non-woven fabric with scratched tool, 10 mm thick (1:4) cement plaster shall be laid over the roof surface shall be throughly wire brushed washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust prior to the application of primer on the dried surface one coat of approved bituminous primer, having density in the range of 0.87 to 0.89/kg at 25 dgree and viscositing of 70 to 130 CPS manufactured by the same manufacturer @ 0.40 litres/sqm shall be applied and applying one coat of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 evenly over bitumous primer . APP membrane shall be laid on primed surface by tourch application mehtod. After allowing 24 hours of primer to dry. Laying of APP membrane shall be commneced at the lowest level and worked upto the crest.APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The overlaps shall be of minimum 100 mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction. All overlaps shall be bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by the heating the overlaps with brutane tourch. This treatment shall be done by the approved authorised applicator. Guarantee of treatment shall be for 10 years. Thereafter APP membrane shall be painting with two coat of water proofing paint with aluminium finish.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B -1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions laid 25 mm thickness as in padding over roof slabs for providing proper slope to the concrete padding, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth courses , apex stones, hard standing , etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing cement concrete type B-O, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings rounded or chamfered edges, kneelers, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings, etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 150 mm wide water proofing APP bituminous membrane felt flashing tape (multi purpose self adhesive sealing tapes) SBS (Styrene Butadiene) modified bituminous water proofing compound made with buty1 rubber with self protecting Aluminium upper surface with non stick plastic as release layer in lower face, including preparation of old/ new surfaces and necessary materials and equiptements, the applicator should be from approved authorised applicator complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of highly reflective bitumen based aluminium/silver paint as per (IS-2339-1963) (DFT 30 to 40 microns) over existing water proofing treatment incl preparation of surface and cleaning of surface from dirt, dust, scale, loose coating and rust by wire brush , etc., and paint shall be applied by paint brush, squeeze or airless spray equiptement at the recommended coverage rates (6 to 8 sqm/litre) all brush strokes should be in one direction complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for racking out joints/pointing to old stone masonary random rubble or polygonal rubble , uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar incl raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement morta (1:3), as in any storey/position including necessary props/scafoldings, all necessary arrangements complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for acid washing with muriatic acid of stone masonary including wetting of stone masonary using garden hose to fully saturate the stone , diluting the acid with water, applying the Acid solution onto the stone surface using a stiff-bristled plastic brush, scrubbing and rinsing the stones, complete removal of scales, dust and impurities over stone surfface, surface should be brought upto shining and polished condition, as in any storey/ position including necessary props/scafoldings, all necessary arrangements complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls etc including 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement as in ceiling and preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, incl removing of debris/rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as in steel surfcaes of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, including preparation of old painted surfaces complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of Paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to sunk or raised moulding to flat surface over metal frame work including reinforced with G.I. wire mesh & Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx. 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre & Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long incl taking down old ceiling and two coat of OBD over finish surface complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fabrication and erection of structure on any shape (round, oval or box type) for 3mm thick Aluminium composite panel cladding made of aluminium channel (25 x 50 x 1.6mm) with cleat angle (8 x 18 x 2mm) necessary hardware with material and weather sealant to make joint leak proof and supply and fixing of 3mm thick PVDF coating Aluminium composite panel complete in all respect of Indo bond or equivalent make as per approval of GE.
