The following AMC/Upgradation for CIMS Software (Development of software for online complaint and Inventory Management System) at Complaint Cell of GE (AF) Bhisiana which includes following features:- (a) Domain and Hosting Charges of Online Server for 01 Year for station complaint Cell. (b) Maintenance (Online Maintenance backend support) for smooth functioning of the software for 01 Year. (c) Customization of software and reports. (d) Customization of software for generation of reports and returns and other miscellaneous requirement. (e) KIOSK Machine- Repairs/Maintenance of KIOSK Machine No. EMKA13 to make fully functional with warranty of 01 Year on repairs, installed at MES complaint Cell. Note :- (i) Service provider must have at least 03 years's experience with MES on complaints Management System. (ii) Whenever online services are interrupted or unserviceable, the same should be made functional within 24 hrs. If more delay is made after 24 hrs, Rs. 300/- per day will be charged as penalty. (iii) Must be having at least 01 B.Tech qualified experienced Engineer in Team.
