SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT AND REROUTING OF DISTRIBUTION WATER SUPPLY GI PIPE LINES OFF SIZES FROM HIGH LEVEL PUMP HOUSE TO 49 FD WKSP AT DAGSHAI CANTT UNDER GE KASAULI

Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing medium grade, ISI Marked conforming to IS 1239, Part-I 2004, 100mm bore with and including all fittings such as bends , elbows,tees, short length, socket, union, check nuts, nipples etc. fixed and laid in trenches/floor/under culvert/road crossing etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unsv and Supplying, fixing and testing of cast iron Rising Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindal-SS IS:6603, Gland Packing greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size DN-100 mm, both ends flanged in existing line, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note for ser nos 8.00 to 11.00 : Suitable size flanges for connecting with existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials, suitable size nuts, bolts and washers, 3mm thick fibre gaskets complete shall be included under this item itself. No additional payment shall be paid in this regard.

All as per serial item No.8.00 here-in-before but of size 80mm bore -ditto-.

Taking down old unsv and S & F Non Return valve heavy duty cast iron of 100 mm nominal bore, both ends flanged complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.10.00 here-in-before but of size 80mm bore -ditto-.

Supply and fixing, MS flange for 100 mm bore pipes, of size internal dia 120 mm, outer dia 230 mm outer and 20 mm thick and having 8 holes drilled for jointing with the pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings/ bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for flanged joint for 100 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 8 Nos nuts, bolts of size 15 mm dia and 75 mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified.

Material & labour for construction of brick masonary pit of size (90 x 90 x 90)cm internal size with provision of MS sheet cover of 3mm thick fitted over AI frame of size (40x40x6)mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including locking arrangement, lifting handle and including excavation / earth work, PCC in foundation, brick work, plaster including demolition of existing pit complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Cutting Seamless carbon steel pipe/ GI pipes in position and reducing to required length for insertion of new tees, branches, mechanical joints etc, for size of pipe 80/100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for anchorage blocks for pipe line/making good the cut portion of roads/paths/hard standings etc including necessary from work where required , to support the pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old unsv water meter and Supplying, fixing and testing of Electromagnetic Flowmeter with rubber lining of size 100mm bore compatible with online water quality and flow monitoring system installed at ETP/STP, flange type end connection, flange standard conforming to ANSI 150, bidirectional measuring range 0.2 to 12m/sec, with graphic display complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Suitable size flanges for connecting with existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials, nuts and bolts shall be included under this item itself. (ii) The above job includes making all connections with suitable size wires from nearest electric supply DB box to water meter upto a distance of 15 mtrs and submit recorded initial meter reading to the Engr-in-charge. No additional payment shall be paid in this regard.

Supply and fix in replacement Cast Iron Air release Valves with two air Outlets, 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in CI/GI/MS water supply mains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No.18.00 here-in-before but of size 80mm bore -ditto-.

Amount of credit of Rs. 114320.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
