Conveying the surplus excavated earth debris , boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside township installation identified as dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading ,unloading, breaking clods , leveling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge. 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET quantities arrived at after making deductions for the voids @20 % in respect of soil and @50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack/ truck measurements.2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway road. Lead charges for 1st 1 kilometer or part thereof .

Dismantling Plain Cement Concrete by manually/by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually/ by mechanical means, including cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually/ by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work ( thickness of tile up to 25 mm) in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar at all levels including stacking material within 50 meters lead complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8 ) using 20 mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction leveling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specifications for leveling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc. encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as per specification.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and Making Plinth Protection 50 mm thick of Cement Concrete (1:2:4) 20 mm down graded over 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) 20 mm down graded bed well rammed and consolidated and including curing, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joint in the shuttering full leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respect at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending , cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel confirming to IS(1786 : SAIL or VIZAG or approved equal and make) and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/ cover blocks in cement mortar 1(2) and binding wire complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note (The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. For further details please see clause 11 of section VIII, General information for Guidance of Tenderers.

Rectifying the leakages in scour pipe in over head tanks by chipping concrete wall cutting and removing the damaged G.I. scour pipe and introducing new 40 mm to 25mm G.I. pipe sleeve of 'B' class medium quality of make Tata/ Jindal with ISI marks of 300 mm long with one end suitable for GI coupling and plug and welded with 150 x150X6 mm MS plate painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer embedded and grouting in the over head tank wall with plain cement cost of pipe and G.I. Pipe etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer -In-Charge. Note ( Dismantling of RCC, Formwork and New RCC will be paid Separately in relevalent Items.)

Providing. Supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabrication, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses Purlin etc. using MS hollow/circular/square/rectangular tubular sections , angles, channels, I-section, plates, tees, flats, rounds, plates etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer/zinc chromet primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint /synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position , ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for leveling courses in foundation for column, walls, footings, floor as per drawings etc., works directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, racking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors. complete all per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115 mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using fly ash including providing and placing in position 2 nos. of 8 mm dia rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete all per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 110mm thick (plus or minus 5mm) brick work with fly ash brick in Cement Mortar 1:4 for solid Compound Wall above ground level with brick on edge coping 230mm wide and 230 x 230mm pillars in Cement Mortar 1:4 at junctions, corners, sides of gate and pillars at every 3 metre intervals and as directed , curing, raking out joints etc. complete at all lifts as per specifications and drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 110mm thick (plus or minus 5mm) brick work with fly ash brick in Cement Mortar 1:4 for Honey Comb Compound Wall above ground level with brick on edge coping 230mm wide and 230 x 230mm pillars in Cement Mortar 1:4 at junctions, corners, sides of gate and pillars at every 3 metre intervals and as directed , curing, raking out joints etc. complete as per specifications and drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Plastering to the internal/external surfaces of brickwork/ concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete of surfaces with pointed to, scaffolding finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, complete as per specifications and drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing rough cost plastering 20mm thick at all elevation and levels consisting of 8 mm thick rough cast in cement mortar 1:3 using 6mm to 10mm size hard granite stone, over a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 for external faces, including scaffolding, curing, providing grooves wherever required complete all as per specifications and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Plastering the external surfaces of Brick work/ concrete at all elevations in C.M 1:5, 20 mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary complete all as per specifications and drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and plastering cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick at all elevation with 2% of water proofing compound or as per manufacturers specification, 'lmermo' or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed to, scaffolding finishing, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Indian pattern stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Removing existing damaged Cuddapah stones and Providing & fixing 25mm to 30mm thick one side polished cuddapah stone slab set in Cement Mortar 1:3, 20mm thick for topping of Kitchen platform and kitchen sink etc. including pointing the joints, making hole for LPG gas pipe /to fix sink waste coupling, curing complete all as per specifications and drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. (Note:- Cuddapah stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order).

Removing existing damaged Precast Concrete Shelves , Providing and replacing and fixing 25mm to 30mm thick both side polished cuddapah stone slabs including making grooves in the brickwork and fixing as per the drawing for Shelves in Cupboard/ Wardrobe/ Shoe rack including front face polishing including labor, materials, tools, scaffolding etc. at all lifts complete all as per specifications and drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..(Note:-Cuddapah stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order).

Providing and fixing 1st Quality Ceramic glazed floor tiles confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in approved size, shade and colour (as approved by engineer-in-charge), free from crack, fissures and flakes with straight edges & perfect corners fixed at right angles as per design and pattern required over a bed of 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 , including machine/hand cutting to required size and shape, pointed neatly with white cement mixed with colouring pigment to match color of tile, properly finished in all respects, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and fixing 1st Quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in approved size, shade and colour (as approved by engineer-in-charge), free from crack, fissures and flakes with straight edges & perfect corners fixed at right angles as per design and pattern required for risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3), including machine/hand cutting to required size and shape, pointed neatly with white cement mixed with colouring pigment to match color of tile, properly finished in all respects, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and fixing VITRIFIED Floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less than .08 % and confirming To Is 15622 of Marbonite or approved make in all colors and shades in Glossy or mat or Satin finish ( as required by Engineer -in- Charge) laid over a bed of minimum 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar ( 1:4) including machine/hand cutting to required size & shape , grouting the joints with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile patterns , curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per drawings and specifications. Note:- The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/ Engineer before Procurement.

PVC grating with perforated holes on top,. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the over head water tanks located at a height up to 20 Meters. above ground level by closing the in coming valve of water line, draining out the existing water in the tank, thoroughly cleaning the inside of the tank by using brush and Active Bleaching Powder completely, removing the dirty materials, closing the scour valve and releasing the water into the tank after thoroughly cleaning, re-fixing the manhole cover in position etc. including cost of labor. Bleaching Powder and all tools & tackles etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge. ( Note:- Tank cleaning shall be as per time mentioned in check list. Check list shall be cleared by departmental supervisor.) Residential buildings(IV D,III C & II B type) (0.6kg of Active Bleaching Powder shall be used for cleaning the tank)

Cleaning the over head water tanks located at a height up to 20 Meters. above ground level by closing the in coming valve of water line, draining out the existing water in the tank, thoroughly cleaning the inside of the tank by using brush and Active Bleaching Powder completely, removing the dirty materials, closing the scour valve and releasing the water into the tank after thoroughly cleaning, re-fixing the manhole cover in position etc. including cost of labor. Bleaching Powder and all tools & tackles etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge. ( Note:- Tank cleaning shall be as per time mentioned in check list. Check list shall be cleared by departmental supervisor.) Public buildings(Big size)(1.00kg of Active Bleaching Powder shall be used for cleaning the tank)

Cleaning the over head water tanks located at a height up to 20 Meters. above ground level by closing the in coming valve of water line, draining out the existing water in the tank, thoroughly cleaning the inside of the tank by using brush and Active Bleaching Powder completely, removing the dirty materials, closing the scour valve and releasing the water into the tank after thoroughly cleaning, re-fixing the manhole cover in position etc. including cost of labor. Bleaching Powder and all tools & tackles etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge. ( Note:- Tank cleaning shall be as per time mentioned in check list. Check list shall be cleared by departmental supervisor.) Residential buildings( V E type)(0.25kg of Active Bleaching Powder shall be used for cleaning the tank)

Cleaning the Under Ground Storage Sumps of Six lakh liter capacity a depth of up to 4.0 meters. below ground level by dewatering, cleaning the wall, floor surface by removing the deposited silt, sand etc. Cleaning and washing walls /floor thoroughly with bleaching powder and bailing out the dirty water etc. at the places shown etc. complete including cost of labor, bleaching powder, tools & tackles all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge(4.00kg of Bleaching powder shall be used for cleaning the tank) ( Note:- Tank cleaning shall be as per time mentioned in check list. Check list shall be cleared by departmental supervisor.)

Cleaning the under ground sewer line/drain line including Inspection chamber, man -hole, cleaning all the sludge and washing with water etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Note:- Sewer cleaning shall be as per time mentioned in check list. Check list shall be cleared by departmental supervisor.)

Supplying and fixing factory made approved PVC solid door frame and paneled PVC door shutter with furniture Fittings as detailed below as per specification and as directed. i)DOOR Frame: The door frame shall be of factory made PVC foam profile solid of size 60x30mm with suitable rebate for shutters (Profile FP-6030). The joints shall be made by SP 5 epoxy seal and fevikwik I solvent as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ii)DOOR ShutterThe door shutter shall be of 28mm thick factory made paneled door using solid PVC frame profile with integral FP-7114 as frame and 3mm thick H.P.L (high pressure compact laminated) as in fill, including the shutter frame shall be reinforced with 39 x 19 x 0.6mm thick G.l... - C stiffener alround in between FP - 7114, providing telescopic polymeric L corner at four corners, providing 75 x 38 x 18mm Zinc coated MS - C clamp at lock rail joint, providing FP 1208 beading alround the HPL infill, the joints shall be made by SP 5 epoxy seal and fevikwick, etc., as per manufacturer specification.iii) FITTINGS - The door shutter shall be fixed with the following hardware fittings.4 Nos. of 75 mm long stainless steel butt hinges of GARG brand bearing ISI mark with suitable stainless steel screws.Two numbers of 125mm long anodised aluminum D Handle Of make CLASSIC or approved equivalent as per IS - 208 bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws.Two numbers of 75mm long anodised aluminium baby latch type tower bolt with suitable CP screws.One number of 50mm long solid PVC door buffer with 75mm long CP screws.1) All furniture fittings shall be of approved quality and make.2) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of fixing of frames with fisher screw and shutter with required hardware fittings as detailed above.

Attending/opening night on no availability of key and re fixing after service of Night latch door lock complaints on emergency basis as and when required by engaging qualified carpenters with helper for Residential quarters of different types to including carrying ladder etc. all lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing Door frames fabricated from roll formed sections made of Galvanized Steel (Base Steel as per IS 513 quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/ Sq. Mtr.) with total coated thickness of 1.20 mm ( section 105mmX60mm ), coated with one coat of ETCh primer. The frame sections should be cut to length and mitre joined with Corner Bracket made of CRCA Powder Coated, Hold fast 24X6X100 mm long provided 3 places in each side of frame. Tie Rod in 10mm square bar provided at Bottom, with necessary provision( holes) for fixing SS hinges, fixing of night latch , fixing of Aldrop 16 mm dia, fixing of Tower bolts ,fixing of door chain etc. specification complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Attending day to day complaints on minor repair in Rolling Shutter, Aluminium Door window, wooden Door windows, Steel Door /windows/ cupboards/ various types by servicing the fittings and replacing the worn out fittings if any re-fixing same and also other carpentry related complaints if any etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer - in charge. (Note:-The work shall necessitate one Fitter with one helper man mazdoor, carpenter and one helper /man mazdoor for executing the works from 9.00 AM to 17.30 PM.)

Providing 75 mm to 100 mm dia UPVC pasting type specials such as socket, door bends, door tees and cowls etc. heavy quality for soil waste or vent or antisyphonage UPVC pipe .

Removing of white wash/color wash with mechanically, using vacuum type sanding machine, with hand using scraper, wire brush, sand paper etc. cleaning the dust from the door, window and other area ,disposal of debris within one Km at specified location complete all as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & replace White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material including malba up to 1KM, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.( Note :-Excluding cost of IWC )

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying Brick on edge flooring (With available bricks/brick bats) on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding (3) The scaffolding shall be paid only for repair work like mainly roof tile work ,dismantling, brickwork, plaster, RCC , formwork, reinforcement etc. wherever required.

Removing and Re- laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.( Note:-Including labour charge of removal of tile and Excluding the cost of Roof tiles)

(Note:-The work shall necessitate one mason with one helper man mazdoor, carpenter and one helper /man mazdoor for executing the works from 9.00 AM to 17.30 PM.)
