Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC type 1:1.5:3, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc including formwork including demolition of old ones, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Reinforement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cutting, bending cranking, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors etc. over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in 15mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick Machine cut kota stone slabs as in flooring, laid over and including 20mm thick screed in cm (1:6), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and mirror polishing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm in floor, with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M &L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges,valley complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L 0.63mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting in stepped flashings (measured as the minimum rectangle from which the pieces can be cut) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn timber as in un framed work and including dismantling timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section as in unframed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4mm thick, plywood, grade BWR,type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall including taking out old plywood of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid including taking out old ceiling of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 2nd class hardwood, weather boarding, clean sawn, thickness 20mm to 25 mm and rebated on thick edge to give 20mm laps and fixed including taking out old ones of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
