Residual Process Design, Detailed Design and Engineering including HAZOP,HAZID,SIL Study & Other Safety Studies as mentioned in Bidding Documents, Project Management, Site enabling jobs, Topography Survey and Soil Investigation, Demolition/Dismantling works mentioned in the bidding document, Procurement (including consumables, special tools and tackles, Pre-Commissioning Spares, Commissioning Spares, Start-up spares & Mandatory spares), Fabrication, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Vendor Drawing Review, Inspection & Expediting, Third Party Inspection, Supplies, Transportation, Insurance, Handling & Storage of all Equipment, Materials, items and other Construction Materials at yard/site, Engineering for Construction, Fabrication, Assembly, Construction, Erection, Installation of all plant machinery including civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation including tie-ins, Testing, Insulation, Painting, Lubricants, Obtaining all Statutory Approvals (except for Environment Clearance), Pre-commissioning & Mechanical Completion of Plant, Preparation of plant specific operating manuals, Start-up, Commissioning and Performance Guarantee Test Runs (PGTR), Training of Owner’s O&M personnel, Contract closure activities of Standby SRU, Incinerator, Waste Heat Exchanger, stack & associated equipment and interconnection systems as per bidding document, Handing over of the facilities with Final and “As Built” documentation, supply of Chemicals, Catalysts (other than free issue), supply of start-up material if any, Tool & Tackles, Consumables, Lubricants, Refrigerants, etc. for initial charge and replenishment of any loss of these during commissioning up to handing over after successful PGTR of the facilities as defined in the bidding documents.
