Note : Kota stone should be provided pre polished and in single piece for stair case & steps (3 Nos of Grooves to be provided as per standard practice and bullnosing to be done at open edges of tread stone.)

M&L Premium quality double charged, scratch resitant vitrified tiles of 9 to 10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed epoxy grout to match including 15mm of screed bed in CM 1:6.complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for levelling course for roof slab, Type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) using waterproofing compound (SBR) for maintaining proper roof slope and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.(Minimum thickness of concrete should not be less than 50mm at any point) Note : Waterproofing compound should be measured and paid separately.

OVERLAY- PU BASED ELASTOMERIC LIQUIED MEMBRANE SYSTEM FOR EXPOSED ROOF : Providing and applying polyurethane liquid roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, thermal insulating elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less than 80% and solar reflective index 109 as per (ASTM E1980-19)/tear strength ~20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, +30 degree C) (ASTM D624) and tensile strength >= 2 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541). (a) After proper surface preparation, Apply one coat of Primer for PU coating as per manufacturers specification. (b) Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m²(minimum) or equivalent by brush / roller while prime surface is tacky, Spread waterproofing reinforced Glass Fiber mash of 45 GSM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat to dry. (c ) Apply 2nd & 3rd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m² (minimum) or equivalent by brush/roller. Make : Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Bostik/STP/ Asian Paints Note : (i) The Minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of roof treatment shall be 1.5mm if any shortfall in thickness of above treatment the same shall be achieved by additional coat. (ii) The procurement of material and execution of the work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE. Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces over coat of 2mm thick acrylic putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : - Damp resistant / Damp Proof to be applied on the wall surfaces contacted with toilet / bath / 4' (above) from ground level / plinth level. Rate for the same shall be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for Applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal/external surfaces of walls/ceilings (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior/interior painting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M&L for preparation of existing treated surfaces on walls/ceilings and applying 01 coat of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 20 sq.m/litre/1 coat by using roller to wall/ceiling surfaces including filling wall putty in depressions, sand papering etc and making the surface smooth and applying a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
