Raising of Median wall of 2nd Exit road in Paradip Port

Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns, beams, slab, including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with supply of all labour, T&P etc. complete and cleaning the debrises with all taxes, including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete (1 cement:1.5 Coarse sand:3 ) by using 12mm to 20mm size C.B.H.G. chips of approved quality for foundation & plinth and super structure including mixing in a mixer machine, hoisting, laying in proper level, consolidating by mechanical vibrator,finished smooth to the form work and exposed surface, curing, water charges, including cost of all materials, labour, Transportation, all testing charges, engagement & hire charges of all mechaniries,T&P , tollage, royalties, all taxes excluding GST etc.all complete but excluding cost of reinforcement, bending/binding charges and centering and shuttering charges as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply Tor/TMT steel manufactured by Original steel manufacture company not for rolling mills minimum Steel of Grade - Fe 500, confirming to IS-1786 including, cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour, materials, transportation charges,loading at one end & unloading at other end,T&P, all taxes,etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST. (NB: No Wastage shall be Paid, Steel Coefficient shall be considered as per IS1786 for Payment Purpose.)

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank & MS pipes, jacks and other accessories of approved quality for R.C.C. work and deshuttering, removing the same after due period with painting with coal tar /lubricants on the ply/steel surface after each use with supply of all materials, labour,transportation, T&P, all taxes, royalties, tollage, but excluding GST etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in all kind of soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and disposing the excavated Earth by transporting by transport vehicles with supply of all material, labour charges, transporation charges , taxes , tollage , royalties,port entry fees etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work(1:6) with flyash Brick having crushing strength not less than 75kg/CM2 in cement mortar(1:6) inclduing splay/cutting, racking out the joints, curing, hoisting, stagiing, at any height with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T & P, taxes, royalties, transportation charges, curing, testing charges but excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineering-in-charge.

12 mm thick Cement plaster (1:6) proportion, over brick & R.C.C. surface finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding the corners providing grooves,beading,raincuts, wherever found necessary including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, water charges, curing, all taxes, testing charges, tollage, royalties, safety arrangements but .excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P.C.C(1:3:6) of using 20 mm. & down C.B.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing hosting, laying to proper level & slope consolidating, curing, watering charges etc. complete including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P,all taxes, tollage , royalties, port entry fees, safety arrangements etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats to the exposed surface with Enamel paint of approved quality shade over a coat of primer,after scrapping, cleaning the surface properly, applying paint uniformly including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, safety arrangements, Port Entry fees etc all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of labour for manual side excavation of meridian, lifting of cables work including labling and dressing of bottom surface with supply of all T&P, Special T&P, taxes, gate entry fees, safety arrangements etc. all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer in charge.
