Dismantling of Cement Concrete Pavements as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Removal of Unsuitable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 m : Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Wet Mix Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Cl. 406. Interlocking Pavement Block : Providing and laying Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement with M40 grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage. Excluding Edge block/ Edge restraints

Plain cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 A) With Crushed Stone II) P.C.C. grade M 20 ii) Nominal mix 1:2:4

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with a provision of spike at the bottom with Micro Prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT& H fixed to the road surface using the adhesive and the procedures recomanded by the manufacturs with three moinths replacement warrenty and free maintainance.

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign : Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. Providing Concrete for Plain/Reinforced Concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications Clauses : 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. (A) With Crushed Stone. PCC Grade M-15

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT IS: 1786 (Fe-500) bar reinforcement (Other ISI approved TMT Reinforcement Bar) (SAI/BISCON/THERMAX or equivalent) in substructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clauses : 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete, in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification and steel shuttering formwork. (E) RCC Grade M-20. (a) Height upto 5.0m. Using Concrete Mixer

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical specification (B) Sandy material
