Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering ,ramming consolidating and dressing complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Supplying and laying factory moulded M30 grade and non Granular segment paver block of specified colour and design by using rubber moulds for a nominal thick 60mm thick manufactured using automatic block casting machine and automatic block handling system cured in a controlled chamber. The blocks to have a compressive strength of 300Kf/Sqcm laid over a bed of 50mm thick coarse sand compacted properly with vibrator placing each block firmly fixed with neighbouring block and sand bed with suitable vibrator and vibrating dry sand in to the joints. The rate includes the cost of separating and vibrating the bed sand and paver blocks to the required camber and gradient as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
