SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (ROAD WORKS)

Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming, including supply of road metal/ aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer @ 3.00Kg/10Sqm using cationic emulsion RS1 grade over black top surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver and rolled using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following element:- (i) In case of variation in the binder content as per approved design mix in comparison with the binder content as specified above, the variation in qty of binder content on lesser side shall be adjusted through supply only rate of Bitumen VG-30. However, variation on the upper side shall be carried out by the contractor without any price adjustment.

Surfaces dressing not exceeding 15cm deep as in berms including removal all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for 75mm thick (spread Thickness) moorum/red bajri filling in road spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor/paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above GL unreinforced including removal of debris to a distance not exc. 2 km and deposite complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 100mm thick (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floor finished even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tile 30cmX30cmX25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including cement mortar bedding 20mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of bricks work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for brickwork with modular fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over priming paint complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth course, string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating as directed

Demolition of Reinforced concrete in any position, manholes covers, drain covers, septic tank slabs etc & disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for providing precast cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain cover slab, manholes cover slab etc, set in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix TMT bars 10m dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line stop lines, dashes, arrow, etc and the like n. exe 10cm wide on road pavement with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with Special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made up of ABS/Fibber/Plastic of size 100cm dia fixed with clamps including (1No) MS pipe 75mm dia of length 2.4m duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer including demolition of old mirror post and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 45cmX45cmX45cm including returning filling and removal of surplus material complete all as specified and as directed (Make: OSCAR Model No.OS-791 or equivalent in Tata/3M/Siemens/Dark Eye)

Supply and fix cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx 100mmx 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size all as per manufactures complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

S & F in repair of stainless steel signage board of size 1500 x 600 mm made up of 2mm thick SS sheet and including retro reflective sheet with letter/sign and fixed with including 2 nos of SS pole of 50mm dia 2mm thick 304 grade 1950mm long (1.5m above GL and 0.45m below GL) and bottom of pole shall be fixed with SS plate of size 200x200x2mm with hold fast including 450x450x600mm PCC 1:2:4 founfation. Top of Pole shall be finished with conical shape with same thick & grade as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of stainless steel signage board of size 600 x 400 mm made up of 2mm thick SS sheet and including retro reflective sheet with letter/sign and fixed with including 2 nos of SS pole of 50mm dia 2mm thick 304 grade 1950mm long (1.5m above GL and 0.45m below GL) and bottom of pole shall be fixed with SS plate of size 200x200x2mm with hold fast including 450x450x600mm PCC 1:2:4 founfation. Top of Pole shall be finished with conical shape with same thick & grade as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Speed breaker of size 420 mm width and height 70-75mm made out of strong weather-resistant hardened rubber capable to withstand weight of the vehicles comprises of segment of colour black/ yellow, length of one segment 490-500mm and having 2x2=4 number glass reflective lense suitable for fixing with 4 steel zinc plated 12 x 120mm nails and type of fixing shall be as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.
