Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. S/L C:C (1:2:4) with 20 mm stone grit, coarse sand & cement etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 279 (a).

First class Brick Work in (1:4) cement & four coarse sand 2.20 F.M. morter in foundation and plinth and T&P etc all completed as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 20 SI NO 6.05 ITEM NO 305 (a)

m thick plaster with cement and coarse sand o 25 fineness modules in (1:4) over brick work minum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 36 SI NO 13.11 NEW ITEM)

Providing wall putty on old surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats. SOR 2022 ΙΤΕΜΝ. 15.27 NEW ITEM

Finishing wall with weather coat of approved make and quality on old surface with two or more coat to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work SOR 2022 ΙΤΕΜΝ. 15.24 NEW ITEM

M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel 9 bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work. PWD SOR 2022 10.21.

Painting or varnishing work in small areas or new wood work with one coat (upto one square metre of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush. DSR 2023 11.28.1 Red sand stone

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compactig with vibratory roller to achieve desired density, complete as per Clause 401 GRADE 1
