Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) and supplies as provided by manufacturer including making connection with three core 1.5sqmm flexible copper cable upto ceiling rose complete all as directed.

Supply,fixing and testing energy efficient electric driven Pedestal fan 230V, 50 Hz, 450mm sweep, 3 nos blades, 1540 mm hight from ground, metallic blade finish, minimum 1400 rpm, 100 W power consumption with Fan Motor with Pole Holder, Pole Assembly, Base Assembly, Blade, Guard Set, Blade Nut etc with all standard accessories complete all as directed. Make : Havells cat part No. FHSV2STBLN18 or equivalent cat part of make as specified in list of make here-in-after.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan point controlled by one switch concealed type with PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable FRLSH 1.5 sqmm multi stranded two single copper conductor in and including suitable size PVC conduit pipe 20 mm dia complete with all accessories and with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLSH continous earth wire, re-recessed mounting pressed steel GI sheet box 2 mm thick suitable for modular switch/socket of adequate size including iner and outer white cover plate of modular complete all as specified and directed for followings :- (a) One light/fan/5 Amp socket independent/bell controlled by one, one way switch.

Supply and Fixing of switch piano type 6 Amps (flush type) one way 230 volts AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of socket outlet 2in1, 3 pin, 6 Amps flush type 230 volts AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type 120W, 230Volts on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as reqd

Cutting existing steel tubing 15 mm bore for alterations or additions (Each cut measured)

Screwing existing 15mm bore steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector)

S&F 15 mm bore dia steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised with all fitting (i.e. Tee, socket, bend etd) complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Stop valve/angle valve of 15mm cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe of four unions and fixed.

S&F Bib tap 15mm chromium plated cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete.

Supply,install and testing water heater storage type (Geyser) single phase 230V,50Hz ,5 star energy saving high density PUF insulation tank made of heavy duty magnesium anode rod with steel core to protect enamelled tank from rust & corrosion ,vertical installation type, 25 Litre capacity,2000Watt rated power,incoloy 800 glass coated heating element,tank coating of feroglas powder,tank made of ultra thick super cold rolled steel plates,rated pressure 0.8MPa,IPX4 protection consist of safety valves,Geyser hot&cold PVC/Metal threaded connection pipe of 15mm dia,600mm long with nuts and washer, thermal cut off, thermostat,non return valve of 15mm bore, including connecting up fixed to walls by drilling of holes ,grouting of bolts of suitable size with nuts etc and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified & directed.
