Supply & installation of cabinet type exhaust Air Dry Scrubber unit. package type Dry Scrubber for kitchen exhaust covers the design requirement, constructional feature, supply, installation, testing & commissioning. It shall be an electrostatic type air cleaner. The Air Cleaner shall handle the contaminated air from kitchen exhaust hoods containing grease, smoke (aerosols) etc. Capacity- 10300 CFM , Static pressure 75 mm. SITC of Modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling/heating having 100% hermetically sealed inverter type twin Rotary/Scroll Compressors), minimum two compressors (with individual seperate PCB) for above 14HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing units), with R-410-A Refrigerant or equivalent, vibration Isolators with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. To have better efficiency condensor fan shall be capable to operate at different speed with respect to load. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity and in confirmation as per IS 18728:2024 and CPWD Specifications and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 39 Degree Celcius. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50HzAC power supply and BMS compatible. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The condenser should be coated with a hydrophilic film to prevent water accumulation on the surface of the heat exchanger, enhance water dispersion, and reduce the risk of degradation, thereby improving overall performance and durability. The Indian Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (ISEER) of the unit shall be as per Energy Conservation and Sustainable Building Code (ECSBC) 2024 as below and complete as per CPWD specification, connections, inter connections etc. as required. (For capacity <40 kWr ISEER 7.4, Capacity > 40 and <70 ISEER 7.5, Capacity > 70 ISEER 7.6 for Super ECSBC Building) Make - Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Trane, Hisense.

Structural steel work : With M.S.channel, M.S.angle, M.S. plate at all levels including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding or bolting, errecting and fixing in position including painting with a primary coat of approved amke Zinc Chromate primer, including cost of materials labour directed by engineer in charge with two coats of enamel paint. Neccessary arrangement of scaffolding to be made by vendor. Vender shall take all safety precaution while execution of work.

Supply and application of Fire-Retardant Ductwork. Ducts shall be coated with Fire Resistance coating of minimum 600-700 micron (DFT) thickness applied over ducts to provide 2 hours Fire rating. The Fire Resistance coating shall be tested as per requirements of BS 476 : part 6 'Class O' and part 7 'Class 1' and BS 476 part 24 (Type A and B) to analyze stabiltiy, integrity,insulation performance for 2 hours, the duct sheet shall also conform to performance criteria (stability, integrity, insulation) without insulation for 2 hours. The average and maximum temperature of unexposed faces with or without insulation shall not exceed 140 deg. Cel and 180 deg. Cel respectively to ensure the insulation performance criteria . The coationg shall be free or has minimum toxic elements such as lead, mercury, arsenic and has low VOC less than 50 gm/ liter.
