Schedule 'A' Part-I(SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT WORKS INCLUDING CIVIL WORKS, PLANTS, MACHINERIES, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, AREA DRAINAGE, SEWAGE DISPOSAL, ROADS, PATH, COMPOUND WALL, GATE, FIRE FIGHTING, ETC. WITHIN AND INCLUDING THE PERIPHERY OF COMPOUND WALL)

Design, procurement, construction, commissioning, solid waste management facility for daily guaranteed Acceptable Waste of 2.6 tonnes at 90% probability confidence level and probable future expansion of 25% for 10 years of the contract period (for a population of 6500) with fully automated dirty materials recovery facility (MRF) with AI enabled and PLC controlled screening for handling including all activities relating to sorting, segregation, material recovery, collection, secondary storage, shredding, baling, crushing, loading, unloading, transportation, processing and disposal of solid wastes and monitoring through SCADA and complying the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 including creating assets, operation, maintenance and service for 10 years and shall comprise as under: - (a) Preparation and finalisation of Detail Project report (b) The space for stacking of solid waste of minimum 2 days. (c) Disposal of the waste materials out of the Cantonment/ defence area without any extra cost to the Department and the submission of No Objection Certificate for disposal of the waste materials in case it is asked by the department. (d) Design, prepare architectural/ structural drawing, fabrication, supply, transportation, erection of pre-engineered shed. (e) Design, prepare architectural/ structural drawing, supply, transportation, construction, installation of Weigh Bridge. (f) Design, prepare architectural/ structural drawing, supply, transportation, construction of Admin Block with conference room, Guard House, Wash room (both male and female), change room (both male and female), rest room, various storage, processing are, dispatch area, etc. (g) Design, fabrication, supply, transportation, installation of Solid Waste Management Plant including feeding hooper, conveyor belts, trammel screening machine, magnetic separator, shredder machine, balling machine, organic waste composer, air blower, solid waste incinerator.

Srl Item No 1.001 Continued...... (h) Design, supply, transportation, installation, commission and testing of Diesel Engine Generator Set. The fuel shall be supplied by the contractor during the operation, maintenance and service period. (i) Design, prepare architectural/ structural drawing, supply, transportation, construction of garages, compound wall of height 2.4 metre, barbed wire fencing of height 0.6 metre above the compound wall, gates, roads, area drainage, sewage disposal, internal electrification, inter water supply, firefighting arrangement, area lighting. (j) Obtain statutory clearance from Government. (k) Maintain, operate, including repairing, replacing, etc. plants and the infrastructure created for 10 years after creating the assets. The contractor shall have full ownership of the materials extracted from solid waste. No royalty shall be charged by the Government. (l) The contractor shall bear the cost of electricity at prevailing rates however the electricity shall be supplied by the department (m) The rates quoted are inclusive of comprehensive maintenance and the payment schedule shall be as under: - (i) After Finalisation of detail project report- Nil (ii) After creating assets - 70% of the quoted amount (As per the Yard stick approved by CWE for intermediate period) (iii) After completion of 1 year of comprehensive maintenance: 72% (iv) After completion of 2 year of comprehensive maintenance: 74% (v) After completion of 3 year of comprehensive maintenance: 76% (vi) After completion of 4 year of comprehensive maintenance: 79% (vii) After completion of 5 year of comprehensive maintenance: 82% (viii) After completion of 6 year of comprehensive maintenance: 85% (ix) After completion of 7 year of comprehensive maintenance: 88% (x) After completion of 8 year of comprehensive maintenance: 92% (xi) After completion of 9 year of comprehensive maintenance: 96%

Supply and erect factory made 7 meter long hot dip galvanized (as per relevant IS with average coating thickness 65 micron) octagonal poles conform to IS-2062/ BSEN 10025 with 155 mm dia at bottom and 70 mm dia at top A/F made up of 3 mm thick HT sheet along with foundation type base plate of size 250 mm X 250 mm X 16 mm, foundation bolt 4 Nos of M20 X 600 mm high 'J' type EN8 grade, including 1 meter long hot dip galvanized single arm (swan neck) bracket made up of 40 NB dia GI pipe and including excavation, earth work, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 for foundation and grouting the bolts as per manufacturer’s instructions including marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 10 cm height with red colour enamel paint including junction box with 2 pole aluminium bus bar of suitable size including 01 No. MCB SP, 6-32 Amps, AC, 50 Hz for distribution alongwith mounting accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling of existing steel tubular pole, transporting and refixing the pole at new location within he area of the GE including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and white shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type compact substation (CSS), factory assembled (non walk type) having 11 kV, 630 Amps, internal arc fault for 20 kA for 1 sec as per IEC 61330/62271-200 and comprising as under: - (A) MV COMPARTMENT: 11 KV, 630A, 25 kA/3 Sec indoor type non-extensible, SF6 gas insulated Ring Main unit with sealed pressure system criterion in accordance with the IEC: 60298,62271 - 202.IAC category IAC-AFL.
