Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure credit of tender processing fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of KPPP portal on or before the last date and time of bid submission

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders, the departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

EMD Payments through e-payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

GST will be paid excluding the quotation rate as per the quotation approved by the SE circle office, Kalaburgi

The work will be inspected by the third party and the bill will be admitted only after the satisfactory report from the third party along with GPS Photos

Financial year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and thirty first day of March of succeeding year (Both days inclusive)

The Employer reserves the rights to reject any of all tenders without assigning any reason

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP portal

Tenderer shall note that the tenders of those found eligible as mentioned in clause 3- Qualification of the tendered in section 2: instructions to tenderers (ITT), will only be considered for evaluation

Corrigendums / modifications / correction if any will be published in the website only

If any date in the tender time table is government holidays, nest working date will be considered

Pipes which are used for the work are tested by CIPET and CIPET report is must for the payment

Final bill will be admitted only after the submission of 3rd party report handing over certificate and completion report

Bidders are bond the guidelines / instructions issued time to from the government

The tendered at his own responsibility and risk is required to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the tender and entering into a contract for construction of the works. The cost of visiting the site shall be at the tenderer own expense

The CC Road cutting work should be executed without Disturbing/ Damaging the Adjacent CC Road
