Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts, FRLS grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including PVC Casing and Caping with all accessories including fabricated MS/PVC terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for One light or fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cables complete all as specified and directed.

Note: 2 runs of 1.5 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing in repair batten type LED light fitting 1x 20W, 220V,AC decorative type with internal SPD upto 4kV and overload voltage protection upto 440V including flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair wall mounted decorative luminaire in design mesh suitable for 7W LED lamp B22 base ,including lamp of 7watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED (double sided connection) ) ultra bright polycarbonate tube rod 18/20 watt retrofit in existing box type tube light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10Wbulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia or 8 SWG bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and earth plate electrode at one end and connected to main switch board/ DBs etc. at the other, earth strip encased(protected) in and including 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings from top of electrode to main switch board/ DBs etc fixed with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I.

Taking down ceiling fan 1400mm /1200mm sweep ,sealing cable end ,dismantling blade & removing the same and refixing on same location or other location of any type/make and size carefully from fan hook, and transporting from any location in side army area to MES E/M store yard and back after repairing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of ceiling/exhaust fan complete with blades ,in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler ,ones coat after cleaning all dust etc.complete all as per directed by Eng-in -charge.

Rewinding Ceiling fan by cutting the existing copper winding of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep and make any type with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size incl all insulating materials varnishing and heating complete incl satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding Ceiling fan by cutting the existing copper winding of ceiling fan Heavy Duty old model 1200/1400 mm sweep and make any type with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size incl all insulating materials varnishing and heating complete incl satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair fan bearing of size 6201/6202 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber reels incl shackle clamp, bolts, nuts, washers split pins of appropriate size as required complete all as specified and directed

Supply only down rod made of 15mm bore GI pipe heavy duty 45 cm long incl machining/ threading/drilling hole of size suitable for nuts and bolts washer and split pin suitable for any size and make of fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only plastic canopy upper & lower of any size and make of ceiling fan fixed with suitable size of screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of size 200mm to 400mm sweep of any make and refixing on same location or other location carefully from site & transporting from any location inside Army area to MES E/M store yard for stripping of fan washing thoroughly of bearing/bush by petrol, washing fan blade body etc thoroughly provision of new greasing replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) assembling the same incl provn of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 mtrs long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Defective/unserviceable parts replaced will be paid separately in respective item of Sch 'A' as Supply only. (ii) The cost of taking down unserviceable parts included in this item.

Rewinding the armature for 200mm to 400mm sweep exhaust / wall fan any make with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size with and including all insulating materials varnishing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ball bearing of size suitable for exhaust/wall fan upto 400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed. (Make : NBC/SKF/SBBI)

Disconnecting the main power supply to distribution box and make a proper dressing of SPN/TPN/VTPN MCB/MCCB DBs of pre-connected MCBs by changing screw of DB cover ,earth wire and other necessary connecting items and dressing of wires with the help of cable tie inside the distribution box after completion supply power complete all as specified and directed.
