Dismantling brick work or stone work and cement concrete in cement mortar and including stacking of material with in a distance of 60M as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying First class (M-150) Brick work in 1:4 CM with 20% old recovered bricks with coarse sand F.M. more than 2.20 including all labour, material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand and 20 mm guage approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in i.e. having spans upto 6.0m, excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. (for column and T-Beams)

Providing and laying Reinforcement in cutting, bending, binding, welding and placing in Position inculiding cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying cement coarse sand Plaster in 1:4 cement mortar with coarse sand F.M. more than 2.20 including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc complete.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. equired for proper complition of work As directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Providing and Laying of two coats of approved quality water proof cement paint (All Weather Coat) including wall putty of 2 coats, primering over wall putty on new surface to give an even shade on walls with cost of all material,labour, T&P and taxes etc required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying stone ballast well graded material, spread in uniform layer under the interlocking Tiles mixing by mixture in place method and compacting it properly i/c cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. Complete of work.

Providing and laying Cement concrete M-10 (1:3:6) with A-20 including cost of all material, labour, mechanical mixing & vibration T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.
