Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars. DSR-2023

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). D.S.R.-2023

M150 brick work in 1:4 cement and corse sand mortor in super structure for 9 inch wall all complete.D.S.R.-2023

12mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar. All complete. D.S.R.-2023

Provinding and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand and 20mm stone grit. All complete. D.S.R.-2023

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40X40X6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40X40X6 mm for diagonal braces.D.S.R.-2023,10.5.1.

Electrification and Plumbring work including wiring, Celling Fan (12-Nos.),Exhast fan(04-Nos) moduler Board with double charging point, wire etc. All complete.

Plumbring work including All complete.

Construction fo Padustrial board oapproved quality and as per direction of E/I including all complete (AR)
