SPL REPAIR FOR ROOF TREATMENT FOR LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE IN AFFECTED MD ACCN OF JHANSI STN AND SPL REPAIR OF PROJECTOR ROOM OF WTSI INSTITUE UNDER AGE BR-II AT GE JHANSI

Removing existing water proofing treatment by brushing with wire brush, cleaning of terracing by taking down cement concrete, existing plaster lime cova, mud phuska/ cement concrete/lime coba etc, cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus mass dust etc, roughing surface of corner to roof by wire brush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100 microne HMHDPE outer flim 20 micron, five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick weight not less than 3kg/Sqm with 100mm overlap laid as per manuacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below:- (a) 1st coat applying bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared roof surface till the surface is properly impregnated (b) 2nd coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (c) 3rd course of laying of APP Based modifiedpolymeric membrane with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150mm in transverse direction and edges to be taken up to vertical wall of 20cm height inserted into the vertical wall concealed the joints with bitumen sealed. All joints and changes in all direction should be covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. Note:- (i) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of main manufacturer as approved by GE. (ii) Top layer of Aluminium paint or cement concrete tiles shall be measured and paid under seperate item.

M&L for Applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops round or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20 Ltr/bags on roof surface after removing all dust and cleaning the surface with water through jet spray complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, mixed in CM as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical with closed top water storage tank triple layered WHITE COLOUR 500 Ltr capacity with connecting nipple, hoisted and fixed in position on new or existing foundation and making GI tubing inlet or outlet connection, with and incl disconnecting and dismantling the existing un-serviceable PVC/RCC water tank on top of roof/slab of bldgs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical with closed top water storage tank triple layered WHITE COLOUR 1000 Ltr capacity with connecting nipple, hoisted and fixed in position on new or existing foundation and making GI tubing inlet or outlet connection, with and incl disconnecting and dismantling the existing un-serviceable PVC/RCC water tank on top of roof/slab of bldgs, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position of exc. 250 litres & not exc. 500 litres capacity of tanks,Date of cleaning of tank will be marked on the tank by stencil with synthetic enamaled paint in uniform size, Size of letters & numbers should be 40mm. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position of 1000 litres capacity of tanks, Date of cleaning of tank will be marked on the tank by stencil with synthetic enamaled paint in uniform size, Size of letters & numbers should be 40mm. complete all as specified and directed.
