M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B1) as in cover slab and set in cement morter (1:6), including demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry, exc 10cm width, blocks cast in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, set in CM 1:6, including demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling, mass concrete, levelling courses and sub bases etc, including demolition of cement concrete Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm grade stone agg) as in cement concrete in surface channel and drain, including demolition of cement concrete Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones etc water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work, including demolition of cement concrete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in plinth protection 75 mm thick finished over and smooth without using extra cement etc all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in 50 mm top layers fo hard standing, pavings etc finished with even and smooth with using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick set jointed with grey cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6), etc complete including dismantling old chequered tile including cement mortar bedding removing, rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed .
