Taking down carefully aluminium/copper conductor point wiring (light, fan, socket or powerpoint) complete including batten, conduit and fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, sockets, switch board etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour point wiring for light point/ fan point/ bell point, one light/fan/bell point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) cables,1100 volts grade single core in and including 20 mm dia or higher size PVC concealed conduits and fittings of medium grade including all fittings such as bend, elbow, tee, junction box etc including sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25 mm thick for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator with 3 mm thick hylum laminated sheet cover, cutting chases for concealed conduits/sunken boxes and making good of disturbed surface not exc 15 cm girth and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectioanl area multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) earth wire, 1100 volts grade single core and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour wiring for 6 pin 6/16 Amp switch socket point on independent Boards controlled by one, one way switch using 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) cables,1100 volts grade single core in and including 20 mm dia or higher size PVC concealed conduits and fittings of medium grade including all fittings such as bend, elbow, tee, junction box etc including sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25 mm thick for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator with 3 mm thick hylum laminated sheet cover, cutting chases for concealed conduits/sunken boxes and making good of disturbed surface not exc 15 cm girth and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectioanl area multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) earth wire, 1100 volts grade single core and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing lamp holder, PVC/polycarbonate type with back plate straight or angular suitable for batten fittings, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing unservicebale service main / sub main wiring complete all as specified from electric poles to service brackets, wall etc. including removing of unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing two single core, 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and including suitable size PVC concealed conduit (ISI marked), including 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Cutting chases for conceal conduit in walls / ceilings and making good to match with the existing surface shall be deemed included in unit rate of this item).

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB SP, 10 to 32 Amps, 'C' series, 10 KA, 230 Volts and to be housed in DBs including necessry connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB SPN 20 to 32 Amps, 'C' series, 10KA, 230 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixing in repair sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug and socket, 20 Amps, 230 Volts, 50 Hz complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, 10 kA, 'C' curve, 230 volt, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for checking of Exhaust fans upto 450 mm after taking down the fan carefully and removing from site to workshop including rewinding of fan coil with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and heat varnishing including greasing of moving parts replacement of capacitor 2.5 mfd including testing and refixing the same in original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for checking of wall mounted fan any sweep after taking down the fan carefully and removing from site to workshop including rewinding of fan coil with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and heat varnishing including greasing of moving parts replacement of capacitor 2.5 mfd including testing and refixing the same in original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs plastic ventilation exhaust fan 200 mm sweep, 230 Volts, 50 Hz plastic body with louver including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
