Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/disintegrated rock each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 Mtr and making good surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in retaining walls, any thinkess, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillers, boundary and post (including caps and bases)

S& F for Mild steel work post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S&F mild steel Round bars 10mm dia & over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250 quality-A or Fe 290 (Gd eE-165) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of neck 5 to 10 mm

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Fixing only chain link fencing, steel round bars for protection will measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Supply only chain link fencing will measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conform to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F, rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality-B) with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door, fittings and hanging, also fastering and fixing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane, gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beams, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleat etc conforming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250 quality-B complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet/ semi corrugated 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws and including dismantling existing roof sheeting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 & finished the surface even &smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 5cm Sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Jaisalmer stone , (polished ) (of any type) 18 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone , exc 0 .72 sqm but not exc 1.44 sqm ,including cutting and polishing types in floors and vertical surface including 20 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying Jaisalmer stone complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Jaisalmer stone , without polished (of any type) 18mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone , exc 0 .72 sqm but not exc 1.44 sqm ,including cutting and in floors and vertical surface including 20 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying Jaisalmer stone complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Jaisalmer stone for wall cladding (of any type) 18-20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone , exc .0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm ,including cutting and polishing types in wall including 20 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying Jaisalmer stone complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured (Jointless) dark shade tiles 450x300x7mm thick in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including rendering 10mm thick as backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured (Jointless) tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Earth work excavation in ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cutting is to existing manholes for new drains, for removing existing branch drain, making good to walling and rendering cutting out branch channel and making good benching (bore of pipe 150 mm) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for loose filling with broken stone or boulders aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels or drains and benching incl finishing the top of benching even & smooth using extra cement (forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid separately).
