81065 Repair and re-carpeting to roads with road furniture at Coast Guard area under GE Haddo Port Blair

M&L for Repairs to pot holes exceeding 30 mm depth,area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen 5 kg /10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg /10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 2.5 Kg. Per 10 Sq.M using paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Premixed Bituminous macadam from hot mix plant with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30, laid with Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned black top surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 on black top surfaces complete all as and as directed using paving bitumen.

M&L for Bituminous premix SDAC 40mm consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix and using mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows including glass beads dispenser etc. and the like n.exc 10 cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs solar cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector equivalent to model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 32 inches (80cm) dia Polycarbonate convex mirror fibre moulded water proof and weather proof, fixed to stainless steel pole of 50mm outer dia (Grade 304), thickness not less than 2.50mm with necessary brackets for fixing as required and laid with PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 in existing position of approx size 450X450X600mm including necessary demolition of PCC as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and as directed.
