Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of GI/CI pipe lines etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in hard/dense soil.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed by Engr- in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point.

Taking up or down steel water GI tubing and connections including cleaning for Relaying / refixing of old steel tubing and connection including gun metal gate valves in new or old position including necessary cuttings, threating and new fittings such as bends, elbows, sockets, nipples, tappers and reducers etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following sizes :- 15 mm dia bore

Drilling and taping in GI or CI/DI water mains (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia :- 15 mm bore

Cutting the existing bituminous/WBM road/PCC hard standings to size not exc 45cm wide and depth not less than 45cm with average depth of 70cm for passing of pipe line any size, returning and filling in, watering, well ramming in layers and making good to the surfaces of road with PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for the full width and 15cm thick all as directed

Supply and Laying Ductile iron socket & spigot pipes, conforming to IS-8329-2000 class K-7 100 mm bore dia in size, any length laid in trenches including testing on completion and including taking out old pipes any size. Note : (i) Lead joint for fixing fittings & excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately. (ii) CI/Ductile iron specials measured and paid separately .Make - Electro steel/TATA

M&L for rubber gasket (push on) joint of same make of DI pipe having two sections of different hardness for DI pipe spigot and socketed ends and fittings of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for CI/DI fittings for spigot and socket pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decresing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, cross (all socket or socket & spigot, collars, caps and plugs for jointing upto 100mm bore DI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CI/DI fittings for flanged pipes such as Bends, Tapers, Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but one end flanged for jointing upto 150mm dia bore CI/DI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for CI pipe/DI pipe including spun yarn etc for spigot & socket pipes and fitiings for the following bore of pipe up to 150 mm dia bore.

M&L for CI/DI fittings for flanged pipes connectiong pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth, for jointing upto 150mm dia bore CI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle including taking apart and reassembling all as directed for the following sizes:- 80 mm bore

M&L for fixing of Pump set of 5.0 to 12.5 HP capacity from the borewell including lowering the repaired pumpset with serviceable/new column pipe after repairing the pump/motor by using borewell lifting mechanical crane including necessaray lifting tools/accessories fixed in repairs all as directed. (Note : (a) The approximate length of each pipe is 6.0 meter (b) Supply of column pipe with collars shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.(c) old pipe retrived to be deposit to store.

Supply only borewell column pipe of 50mm bore dia heavy duty.

Heavy duty collar suitable for lowering GI pipe of size 50mm bore fixed in repairs.

Servicing of submersible pump set of following capacity including replacing of impeller, guide rings, neck rings, IP bush, bolts & nuts and lathe work etc for 5 to 12.5 HP capacity submersible Pump set complete all as directed.

Demolition of existing old unserviceable brick masonry valve chamber of any description and construction of brick masonary valve chamber of inner dimentions 1mx1mx1cm with 23 cm thick brick masonary wall in CM 1:6, PCC base in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 7.5cm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 both inner & outer face of brick masonary, 7.5 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) copping, angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm size with 3mm thick MS sheet chamber cover single opening arragnment with lock system, all as directed including painting the steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after necessary preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Cast iron air release valves with two air outlets of size 80 mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
