Description of Work

Stringing of Carpet Guarding (GI wire will be provided by department.)

Supplying and erection of galvanised 'D' iron clamps complete with shackle insulator (75 mm x 90 mm),G.I. bolts,nuts and washer,coach screws etc. as required

Stringing of Rabbit Conductor (4 wire) (Conductor will be provided by department ).

Erection of metallic poles of following length above 10mts and upto 12 mts (with concreting).

Erection of pole top/straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Providing of Top clamp Angle type with cleat

Providing of L.T. 4 Pin Cross Arm 50x50x6 mm For Shackle Insulators.

Providing of Guarding Channel 100x50 mm set.

Shifting of materials from workshop other than pole upto pole pit and dismantled pole to workshop or other working site as required

Affixing of fixtures LED flood light having efficiency 140 Lm/watt and LED Rating 200 Watt

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing of GI earthing pipe of 40 mm dia 3.04 mtr long with 12 mm hole at 18 places at equal distance trapered casing at lower end

Supplying and fitting of MS Nut and Bolts 16 X 160 mm.

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in brick ballast foundation etc. as required.

Transportation of pole from road side to pole pits

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
