Taking down carefully unserviceable LED Street light, flood light fitting 30/60/90/120/250 watts any type from pole/wall/High mast dismantling and checking out serviceability of parts/circuit such as drivers, MCPCB etc repalcement of unserviceable parts with new parts including soldering with existing circuit board, reassembling and refixing in position including connecting, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) New parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. (ii) Rate included for taking down old unsv existing street light fittings of any capacity and fixing with new LED street light fitting are measured and paid separately unders revalent items as supply only.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for laying for cables and getting out in any type of soil including removal of sand, bricks/PCC covers laid for cable proection complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and above 1.5m depth for errection of poles, stayrod and pipe line, and getting out in soft / losse soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of brick, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS 16205 Pt -24 of approved color complete with fittings for cable protection of size 63 mm outer dia and 50 mm inner dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement thermoplastic polystyrene /polycarbonate enclosure bus bar chamber of out side dimension 300X200X105 mm, shock proof, vermin proof and dust proof complete with 04 Nos with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators of capacity 100 amps with 01 No 20Amp SPN MCB including 02 Nos non metalic clamps and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole/wall including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for locating and repairing LT feeder faults ( OH lines or UG cables) such as short circuiting, snapping of conductors, phase/neutral loss in UG cables etc and making the defective circuit serviceable in all respects complete all as directed. Note :- (a). Repairing of fault in one circuit , irrespective of any no of street lights/poles/junction boxes etc at any location shall be treated as one job only. (b). Earth work, if required, shall be measured and paid separately. (c). All type of T & P , PVC insulation tapes, minor nuts/bolts/washers etc required shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department. (d) Any loosened/broken overhead conductor shall be restringed/repaired to make the system functional in all respects & unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of the same.

M & L for disconnecting of burnt/damaged cables from panels/junction boxes etc , cutting out the burnt out ends , making new end joints by supply and fixing new aluminium lugs/insulation tapes etc and reconnecting using new nuts/bolts/washer etc and restoring three phase and neutral in the junction box complete all as directed for the 10/16/25 sqmm 2/3.5/4 core size of LT underground armoured cables:- Note - Earth work required for extending the incoming/outgoing cable in junction box/panel board etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor, bedded unarmoured cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacment of nature switch complete with timer( Swadeep), contactor, relays and suitable rating MCBs for incoming and out going in built in suitable IP 66 enclosure of three phase integrated models of capacity 8 KW to 10 10KW complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for foundation of poles Ditto all as per item No-12 above but size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/pedestal of poles including necessary form work and finishing surfaces fair and even using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of street light fitting installations and testing of Lithium based Energy Efficient integrated Solar street lights of 40 Watt in Single FRP Body with duly polylurethane coating (white color), encases with Monocrystalline solar PV Panel of 64/66Wp, lithium battery 11.1/12.8V, 33.0 AH with inbuilt BMS, IP65, high brightness W-LED160-180lm/watt) lamp with Aluminium reflector for better light distribution, CRI>70, Colour Tempeture 5700K-6500K micro controller based charge controller curm driver automatic dimming function (first fou hours at full brightness & rest of the time at lower light level with PIR Motion sensor), dust to dawn operation, suitable to working temperature ;-10C to +55C, weight more than 16-18Kg with adjustable MS clap suitable for pole/wall mounting etc s complete all as specified and directed.
