Piping Erect. - 0.5 inch — "Piping Erection - 0.5 Inch: i) Piping Specification is PIPE, BE, SMLS, SCH 160, ASTM A106 GR B, ASME B-36.10.ii) The rate includes all the work covered providing all labour, Cranes, tools and tackles, consumables, procedure qualification and testing, construction equipment & machineries, Scaffoldings, rigging plan, coordinating and completing the work in all respects at ground and at all heights as per drawings, specifications and instructions of HPCL Site -in-Charge.iii) Line flushing, blasting including arranging air compressor is also part of the scope. Card board will be arranged by HPCL.iv) The line to be pressurized with nitrogen or air as per the instruction of HPCL. Nitrogen or Air will be issued on free of charge to contractor for the job. However, the hoses connections (Hose will be issued by HPCL) & necessary arrangement to be done by contractor v) Payment terms for this item will be as per the Class-A of payment terms of the tender.vi) The erection rate includes erection of steam trap & strainer as the attached GA drawing & Isometrics"
