Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone agg as in foundation filling or for mass concrete for posts and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS work as in gates and fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed ,including embedding in concrete and all necessary drilling holes, bolting or riveting,welding,notching for wire etc and similar work conforming to grade Fe-410 or Fe-310 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, any size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc and all as specified and directed.

Supply only in chain link MS galvanised fencing any size and all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and fixing MS round bars/strengthening bar 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with & including MS wire (annealed ) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410W(grade E-250)Quality A or Fe 290 (gde-E-165).

Material and labour for preparing of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cms width or girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as Spd and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair concertina coil of 610mm dia (in stretched position) hot deep galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive coating making diamond shape with the help of devotail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed with the angle iron the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in over areas not exc 1.5mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete.

Material and labour for RCC M- 30 design mix as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundations beams, bases for coloumns etc basement slabs and similar type of mass concrete.

Material and labour for RCC M- 30 design mix as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and above in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

Use and waste of form work for rough finished surfaces to side of foundation, footings, base of columns for rough finished surface of concrete square, rectangular or polygonal all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work for face of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter.

Supply and fix 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length and fixed in walls including necessary packing with cement mortar all as specified and directed

Material and labour for broken stone boulders of gauge 40-80mm grade in loose filling for retaining wall all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified .

Removing excavated material to be a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for stone boulder pitching, laid/grouted in cement mortar 1:6 and packed tightly all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm thk graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, coping etc including necessary form work and all as specified and directed.
