Providing and Fixing Aluminium composite panel of approved make 3mm thick with 0.5mm thick skin & PVDF coated approved shade for wall panelling. Main framing work to be done using 50mmx25mmx1.6mm tubular section of approved make. Stainless steel screw to be used to fix the ACP panel to be fixed to the main frame with industrial adhesive tape and panel groove to be sealed with weather proof silicon sealant suitable for glass/aluminium etc. complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Stainless Steel 16 gauge & (Grade 304) railing of 50 mm dia top rail SS round pipe vertical 40 mm dia with 3 Nos horizental pipe of 20 mm dia over all height of the railing 3'0", etc including welding grinding buffing polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete i.e. fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fastners stainless steel bolts etc of required size to be fixed at ground floor with 75 mm dia SS pipe with SS bulb to be fixed at 2 Nos as per drawing and design & direction of engineer incharge.

SITC of Metallic Door (with OR without Vision Panel) With door hinges and locking arrangements and both way handle. Prepare with rigid thermo fused film metal panels. Specification: 0.6mm thick Metal panel sheets, internal cavity filled with adequate quantity of honeycomb. Material of the partition and that of metal door will remain the same. Material of the partition and that of metal door will remain the same. The door thickness shall be minimum 45mm and frame thickness shall be minimum 115mm.
