Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm, n. exc 50mm deep all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), of basalt spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm, exc 50mm and n. exc. 100mm deep all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling incl watering as required filling in hollows and depression which occurs during the process of rolling by power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne.depression

M&L WBM 15 cm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of 7.5 cm thick, with coarse aggregate with stones, basalt of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) spread, watered, rolled and consolidation with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but except stone Note :- Serviceable stone aggregate obtain from Item No 3 will be used.

Preparing water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on WBM surface and preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exc 75mm thick) binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen using VG 30 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm on old black top surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30, 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using Tendem vibratory steel wheel, Static steel wheel rollers min capacity 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix spread by means of self propelled mechanical spread/paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using Tandem vibratory steel wheel static steel wheel and pneumatic tyre rollers min capacity 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continous brick edging with width equal to width of brick; of sub class B bricks and laid dry on verticaly with line and level complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth for founation, soft soil from existing drains, laying of pipes wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes, sludge from drain etc n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 300mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

Demolitin of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions ,arches,pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stonework and pre cast concrete articles

M & L Brickwork with subclass 'B' Brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm I height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in water roughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including form work as directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 250m but n exc 500m and depositing where directed

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, 300mm dia class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete aggregate bed to drain pipe 300 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C 2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in gound floors and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of bricks/paver block (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors channels kerbs aprons etc laid dry or laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

Removing building material for one km and depositing where as directed

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

S&F speed bump of size 500x425x50mm made by rubber compression molding pre-coloured UV stabilized material black & yellow with two reflectors of size 70mm x 23mm fixed on both sides of the speed bump, speed bumps fixed with epoxy chemical nails screw and clamps complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dark Eye Cat Part No. DA-1002 OR equivalent in performance as specified above

M&L for cleaning old dirt, oil/grease spots and foreign materials etc from road surface and applying 2.0mm thick thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved having clear and sharp edgs over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer marking proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed . Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger Paints. Note Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeniously composed of pigment resins and glass reflecto rizing beads in required proportion as perr MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS.
