Credit for old barbed wire, M.S. angle, including removing the wire from posts/MS angle etc., and disposal from site and as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Credit for old bricks obtained from the fallen compound wall including lifting wherever required all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge

In cement mortar

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m & lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Fixing existing M.S. grill of size 3.00 X 0.90 Mt. over the compound wall, necessary embedding in Cement concrete coping / columns etc., complete i/c straightening, welding, hoisting and fixing in position etc., complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

With G.I. barbed wire

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cutting branches of trees alongside the compound wall including necessary ropes, cutting tools, ladder etc. and clearing the site etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth

Cutting the roots of trees abuting the compound wall carefully without causing the damage to adjuscent building or tree including necessary excavation, refilling after cutting the root etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
