Supply of high indensity, unidirectional 12 inch dia inset type approach light fixtures,with shallow base bottom box and matching body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover complete to suitable for mounting the fitting in pavement along with 3nos 105W/6.6A prefocus haogen lamp long life 1000h at full intensity,connected heat resistant accessories,reflector,filter/prism(clear),two pin secondary lead,gasket and other accessories etc. The fitting shall be of low protrusion type and the prism shall be of replaceable type without applying any compound. The photometrics of the fitting arrangment shall confirm to ICAO annex 14 vol 1 para 5.3.4,mechanical requirements to FAA AC 150/5345-46 (Current edition) and confirming to relevant standards, specifications as per the requirements.

Supply of high intensity, unidirectional,elevated type approach light fixtures,suitable for mounting on breakable coupling, frangible pole or lattice mast with 100mm mounting interface including housing with yellow removable front cartridge for easy re-lamping, clear front glass,reflector and with lockable adjustment screws,connected heat resistant accessories, 150W/6.6A prefocus halogen lamp of suitable rating type Pk 30d long life 1000h at full intensity. The fitting should have elevation setting arrangment with locking screws. The photometrics of the fitting arrangment shall confirm to ICAO annex 14 vol 1 para 5.3.4,mechanical requirements to FAA AC 150/5345-46 (Current edition) and confirming to relevant standards, specifications as per the requirements.

Supply of Elevated type LED unidirectional approach sequenced flashing white light fixtures with Flash Field control Unit with IP67 protection,driver unit,connected heat resistant accessories etc.The lights shall be campatible with the controller supplied and should be capable of flashing at frequencies 1 or 2 Hz at three different brillancies and suitable for remote operation.The fixtures together with the other lights of the same flashing system should be connected to the flash master control unit.The overall power consumption of light & flashing control field units should be less than 70W and suitable to works on Single Phase 230V+ 10%,50 Hz,single phase,AC Supply etc complete as required. The photometrics of the fitting arrangment shall confirm to ICAO annex 14 vol 1 para 5.3.4,FAA AC No.: 150/5345-51B(Current edition) and confirming to relevant standards, specifications as per the requirements.

Supply of Flash master control unit(FMCU) with touch screen in metallic cabinet box.The controller cabinet feed the power supply to FFU's for flashing & powerline communication between FMCU and FFU's via 3- wires standard installation cable connected in one parallel circuit to all LED sequential flashing light fixtures(inset & elevated).The powerline communication includes the information to each light fixtures i.e luminance level,flashing frequency,synchronization information for the sequence,light monitoring information etc. The lights shall be campatible with the controller supplied and should be capable of flashing at frequencies 1 or 2 Hz at three different brillancies and suitable to works on Single Phase 230V+ 10%,50 Hz,single phase,AC SupplyI/p & O/P circuit breaker, suitable for remote operation,ethernet port etc complete as required and confirming to relevant standards, specififcations as per the requirements.

Supply of halogen lamp with inbuilt holder of 6.6A, 105 W,base Pk30d type, suitable for Approach light Inset fittings. Cat no.: 64339A ,Make: Osram or equivalent.

Supply of Bi-pin halogen lamp 150W, 6.6A,base Pk30d type, suitable for Approach light elevated fittings.Cat no.:64361 ,Make:Osram or equivalent.

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset approach/Sequential Flasher light fitting upon runway i/c cutting the concrete/ bitumen pavement to required level with core cutting machine,installation the inset fitting with help of jigs,filling the bottom and side with sealant DOBEFIL 60/Hardner mixture,making connection with secondary lead to isolating transformers/FFU,levelling,alignment etc complete as required as per ICAO specification and as per site requirement described in item 1&4.

Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated approach/Sequential Flasher light fittings on the ground at field with breakable couplings ,base flange, grouting Screws, plug & receptacle kit etc as required i/c alignment,setting, making connection with secondary lead to isolating transformers/FFU and all relevant accessories etc complete as required as per ICAO specification and as per site requirement described in item 2&3.

Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated approach/Sequential Flasher light fittings with all accessories on existing pole/mast i/c alignment,setting, making connection with secondary lead to isolating transformers/FFU etc complete as required as per ICAO specification and as per site requirement described in item 2&3.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Flash Field Unit (FFU) with Metallic cabinet box along with sequential flasher lights on same existing mast including electrical power connection to flasher light,earthing etc complete as required.This also include providing kit for the installation of the FFU consists of frangible couplings/joint ,grouting Screws,3 pole plug & recptacle kit etc and all relevant accessories required as per site requirement etc complete as required as per ICAO specification.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Flash Field Unit (FFU) with Metallic cabinet box of sequential flasher lights at field on side of runway approach as required including electrical power connection to flasher light,earthing etc complete as required.This also include providing kit for the installation of the Flash Field unit on the supporting 60mm dia. and 500mm height aluminium pole, breakable/frangible couplings/joint ,base flange,Screws,3 pole and 2 Pole plug& recptacle kit etc and all relevant accessories required as per site requirement etc complete as required as per ICAO specification.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Flash Master control unit(FMCU) in metallic cabinet box along with all acecessories on wall surface i/c powerlne connection from Panel &FFU,control wire connection,earthing etc complete as required.The entire system configuration shall be connected to existing remote control desk at ATC Tower for remote operation.

Supply of PVC insulation displacement Connector T-distributor type for 4+PE conductor cable (max 6 sqmm) suitable for the external cable dia : 12mm- 20mm for 1 incomming+1 outgoing(for pass through 3C X 16 Sqmm cu cond cable) and Cross sectional cond. cable dia:2.5mm-6mm for 1 feeding the FFU(3C x 6Sqmm Copper cond cable),40A,IP 68 protection suitable to works on 690V/1.1 KV,50 HZ,AC Supply etc as required.

Making field connections by Connector T-distributor type for 4+PE conductor cable for 1 incomming+1 outgoing(for pass through 3C X 16 Sqmm cu cond cable) and 1 for feeding the FFU(3C x 6Sqmm Copper cond cable) including applying PVC insulation tape etc complete as required .

Dismantling of existing inset type fittings from bituminous/concrete/ground field surface i/c dismantling CI/MS transformer housing box,secondary lead, isolating transformers etc and transporting the dismantled materials to the store of AAI etc complete as required.

Supply of C.I. Transformer housing box water tight round type metal container of out side dia of 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick suitable to receive a light fitting base plate at the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole/s center at one side surface center 75 mm above bottom surface & check nut having two earth bolts & four nuts with washer of M 10x30mm welded inside near the hole (4" away from the hole center) and having following nos. hole suitable to receive 50mm dia GI/HDPE pipe and an other one a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to received 15 mm dia 'B" class G.I. pipe & having clear opening of 220 mm at top surface and 6 nos. M 10 tapped hole at the centere of 260 mm to receive light fitting base plate and bolts and as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes and cover plate with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including providing and fixing 300mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of soil and refilling, adjustment of CI boxes etc. complete as required.

Supply of CI dummy plate of 8 mm thickness suitable for installation on the existing transformer housing boxes of 330mm dia with 6 Nos hole suitable for M10 bolts.

Supply of following size , 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core following size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.

Design & Supply of ICAO complaint, indoor type Micro-processor based air cooled Contant Current Regulator (CCR) of thyristor control electronic type , suitable for use on 240/415 V,50 Hz input a/c supply with output power of 30 KW at 20 amps. with tappings for output of 20.0 KW with 5 steps variation of current output suitable for local and remote control operation with suitable control supply complete with digital output ammeter (0-30 amps.) over current, over voltage and earth fault protections and earth leakage meter, positive back indication equipments , complete with 5 KV grade current transformer 20/10/1 amps. and relay contacts, complete as required and as per specification enclosed.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 30 KW CCR for CAT 1 approach lighting as required after connecting all the field cables,power cables,control cables,earthing etc complete as required.Minor civil works for CCR cement concret foundation and cable entry is also included.

Laying of 50mm outer dia. HDPE pipe with HDD trenchless method direct in ground upto depth of 3.0 meter including under Runway/Taxiway/Road/ground as per site condition in all type soil including coupling, splicing of pipe,rope etc complete as required in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Laying of upto size 50 mm outer dia HDPE/DWC pipe including coupling,splicing of pipe along with accessories like connectors,elbow,Tee,end caps etc in existing trench or coupling on light mast etc complete as required and as directed by EIC.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 5KV of size not exceeding 16 sqmm. in the existing RCC / Hume / HDPE/Stoneware / GI pipe complete as required.

Laying of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor airfield lighting cable of grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 5 KV of size not exceeding 16 sqmm in the existing masonary open duct as required.

Supply of 2core X 4 sq.mm AFL secondary lead made out of annealed tinned copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed,unarmoured,anti termite & anti rodent treated 600V grade cable for connection between isolating transformer and airfield light fixtures as specified in particular specification etc complete as required.

Laying of size 2 corex4 Sqmm secondary lead and making interconnection between isolating transformer and airfield light fittings etc in existing pipe/masonary open duct wherever reqd etc complete as reqd.

Making field connections by crimping 6/16 sq.mm. plug & receptable with existing 6/16 sq.mm. single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying HT insulation tape over which again applying PVC insulation tape complete etc as required.

Cutting of pipe groove with kerf cutting machine of suitable size & depth for laying of GI/HDPE Pipe/Secondary lead in bituminous/PQC area of runway i/c kerfing,chiseling,cleaning and refilling the groove with suitable PCC and sealant material as required and making good including primer etc. complete as required as per direction of EIC.

Supply of Plug and receptacles suitable for secondary lead of 2 x 4 sqmm EPR insulalted PCP sheathed copper conductor of secondary airfield lighting cables.

Making field connections by Plug or receptacles for existing secondary 2 x 4 sqmm cu cable from isolating transformer to Airfield light fittings including applying PVC insulation tape etc complete as required .

Supply and fixing of MS junction box with cover of size having 01 no. inlet hole for accomodating 50 mm dia medium GI pipe and 04 nos. outlet hole for accomodating 25 mm dia medium GI pipe including providing and fixing metal check nuts for mentioned pipe size as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of PVC check nuts for 50 mm Outer dia HDPE/DWC pipe i/c threading and alignment of pipe with CI transformer housing box etc complete as required.

Supply Installation ,Testing and Commissioning of IGBT/PWM based True-On-Line Duble Conversion Microprocessor Controlled 2 X 40 KVA UPS System in parallel configuration of suitable size to be installed for Air Field Ground Lighting System working on 3 phase, 4 Wire, 415 Volt, 50 Hz and delivering output 3 phase, 4 Wire, 415 Volt, 50 Hz , High Efficiency , having SMF Barreries to support minimum 30 minutes back up ( Minimum 68000 VAH ) , THD less than 3%, output Power Factor not less than 0.90, having transfer time less than 1 sec, along with all accessories i.e.breakers,DC cables, cabinets,battery racks,UPS base frame, interconnecting links and related items etc as per site requirement for making the UPS Operational and meeting the standard of IEC and as per specification.

Providing & creating of earth pits using CPRI tested advanced chemical earth rod (ISOROD) made of K type copper tube of 2.5" dia, 8 fts long, 1.6 mm thick installed vertically or horizontally as per the site conditions complete with flanges, bends and top cover dully backfilled with ISOGEL earth enhancing compound of 20 kgs. along with heavy duty plastic inspection chamber including excavation & refilling etc as required. Make : Tercel or equivalent.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply,Installtion,Testing and Commissioning of inverter type 1.5 Ton (BEE 5 Star rated ) split type wall mounted airconditioners fitted with copper condenser coil of outdoor unit, high EER rotary compressor operating on regfrigerant R-32/Non-CFC confirming to IS: 1391/Part -21 and having features like Turbo cooling,cross flow, self Diagonosis,Temperature display,LED display, Operational LCD Remote,auto restart,anti dust complete with refrigerant liquid line and insulated suction line piping with nitrile foam insulation & suitable capacity of electrical cabling of copper conductor between condenser & evaporator(both upto 3 mtr) for operation on 230V , 50 Hz single phase AC supply i/c PVC drain pipe as per supply with AC, MS base frame / platform duly epoxy painted for outdoor units complete as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Copper tubing for inlet and out let of refrigerant gas piping with nitrile foam insulation complete with suitable capacity of electrical cabling of copper conductor with all fittings such as bends, tees, elbows etc.as per specifications for 1.5 TR Airconditioner i/c chiseling, making good of wall or laying on surface etc as per site requirement complete as required.

Conducting survey by total station instrument for installation of CAT1 barrette type approach light of 720 meter length,30 meter width from threshold of Runway 25 i/c works of identification & marking of Runway central line, locating all approach light points and taking the levels, prepare an approach profile indicating the ground lavel at each point along with the mast foundation level, height of the mast and light as per ICAO design manual & Annexture-14 and specified gradients may be applied while preparing & submission of the approach profile survey drawing etc complete as required as directed by EIC.

Conducting Survey by using total station instument, marking of physical features like boundaries,trees,roads etc in funnel area of CAT1 barrette type approach light system upto 720 mtr from threshold of Runway 25 including covering the boundaries,topography,spot levels,contour and submission of survey drawing etc complete as required as directed by EIC.

Design,Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of Frangible lattice mast made of Fibreglass composite material of following height(Cross bar & light fixtures height excluded)(+/-15cm adjustable on site) as mentioned below with suitable cross bar upto length 4.8 Mtr for provision of mounting 4 nos. elevated approach lights and 01 no. elevated flash light along with suitable light adopter i/c provision of mounting metalic flash field control unit on mast as per requirement of site for Cat1 barrette type approach light system as per ICAO Annex-14 part-1.Meeting frangibility criteria design as per ICAO design manual for Frangibility Part-6 and Annex-14.The fibreglass mast material must be UV Resistant type tested and finish with yellow aviation Paint. Scope of Work also included supply and installation a set of steel foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, base frame,anchors, base plates and templates etc as required for each mast grouting but excluded civil concreate foundation work.

Design,Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of Bridge type Frangible lattice mast structure made of Fibreglass composite material of following height(Cross bar & light fixtures height excluded)(+/-15cm adjustable as per site condition) as mentioned below with suitable transversal cross bar upto length 4.8 Mtr for provision of mounting 4 nos. elevated approach lights and 01 no. elevated flash light along with suitable light adopter i/c provision of mounting metalic flash field control unit(01 no.) on mast as per requirement of site for Cat1 barrette type approach light system as per ICAO Annex-14 part-1.The mast is required on the crossing road is footpath/Soil Area & other side of 10 mtr wide road divider is of 200-250 mm width (For road divider to be use GI Pole approx dia 200mm upto 5 mtr height ) .The fibreglass mast material must be UV Resistant type tested and finish with yellow aviation Paint. Scope of works also included supply and installation a set of steel foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers,base frame,anchors, base plates and templates etc as required for each mast grouting but excluded civil concreate foundation work..

(i) Mast height 9 mtr to 10 mtr.

Painting by two coat of synthetic enamel paint on concrete/MS/GI surface i/c preparing & cleaning of surface and approved colour & make of paint by Engineer in charge etc complete as required.

Numbering of GLF fittings / CCR / Transformer Housing Boxes / Panel / Switchgears/Mast/Pole etc. as required as per direction of EIC.

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5mm long x 40 mm dia including accessoires, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt complete as required .

Providing and laying earth connections, from earth electrode with 6SWG dia, G.I wire in 15mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire along with UG cable in direct Ground/ HDPE/GI/DWC Pipe etc complete as required.
