Shoring and shuttering for foundation trenches, pits etc. with supply of 38 mm thick non sal planks for poling boards and 10 mm thick non sal planks for walling and 125 mm dia non sal bullah for struting including putting close the wooden planks sheets for protection of excaveted earth pit with supply of all labour materials T&P, taxes, tollage, royalities etc all complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by EIC .

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil with initial lead & lift with dressing, leveling & compacting the foundation bed, breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm, disposing the material at a designated place and keeping the required quantities for back filling with cost of labour, T&P, tollage,transportation, loading at one end & unloading at other end, all taxes, excluding GST all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling the low laying area with saline sand or dreged spoil as per required level in layer wise ,each layer not exceed 0.3mtr.,watering ,compacting with VRR to achive OMC etc all complete as directed By EIC

Supply Tor/TMT steel manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/VIZAG Steel of Fe 500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour,materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all completebut excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient.

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank of approved quality for R.C.C. structures and deshuttering and removing the same after due period with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

12 MM thick Cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) proportion, over brick work including racking out the joints, finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding the corners wherever found necessary including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

One coat Priming with water bond cement primer to the newly plster surface of the exterior Wall or over the exisitng putty surface of the interior wall of approved make & shade to make an even finished surface in all heights with all scaffolding and staging including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Exterior painting two coats to wall surface with acrylic based weather coat paint of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus, Fading, including scraping, cleaning, brushing, washing the old paint, as and when required, removing the flakes applying uniformly two coats including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved quality & shade enamel paint on new iron work over one coat of red oxide primer including scraping, cleaning, the old paint surface sand papering, filling the holes with wax putty etc. all complete including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, etc. all complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Suuplying, fitting,fixing of following dia GI Pipe medium quality conforming to IS-1239, part - 1 (2004) including cutting of pipes as per required length , supply and fixing of related fittings like Tee,Elbow,bend,flange,socket, clamps,reducer etc. as required as per site condition including transportation, labour charges for laying of pipes etc. all complete ase per direction of Engineer-in-charge..(Excluding cost of Flange joints).
