A. Drilling Portion

Cost of Transportation and other miscellanies charge ,for setting the ring machine at site etc all complete job as per direction of E/I.

Drilling of 300mm dia perfectly vertical bore hole, by mechanical Rotary Rig Machine for the specified depth below ground level in all types of soil, moorum, etc which solid core cannot be retained ,having unconfined aquifer, including all works pertaining to it and bending the casing pipe, at least 0.30m(from 0to 48meters depth below ground level0 as per direction of E/I

Construction for 115/125 mm dia drilled Tube-Well for drilling in all kinds of soil rock for installation of hand pump with D.T.H Rig machine all complete including supplying all materials, labours, tools, drilling, rigs, air compressor and equipments as well as fuel lubricant for making 125/115 mm dia boring etcand cost of transporting rig machine and other vehicle up to site work as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing all equipments and labour for lowering 125mm dia blue UPVC Casing pipe as casing for protecting the side from falling during the process of drilling all complete job including carriage of material to work site.

Providing and fixing centralizing guide to the well assembly at each and of slotted pipe to keep the assembly in the center of the hole so that to provide an even thickness of gravel pack.

Supplying labours and equipment’s including 125mm dia G.I. Cap & fitting and fixing over the casing pipe of bore well properly and taking it out as per direction of E/I (The Cap will be the property of Contractor)Supplying labours and equipment’s including 125mm dia G.I. Providing gravel packing with approved best quality gravel in uniformly graded size between 3.16mm(1/8’’)to 9.53mm(3/8’’) including collection ,stacking ,washing &packing in the annular space between the bore hole and the other surface of casing pipe in layer of suitable thickness in the under space as required rate by manual , including all lead& lift ,tec. All complete as per direction of E/I

Providing & supplying all labours, tools and plant for developing the gravel packed T/Well by use of compressed air for minimum 8 hours complete to make T/Well free from sand as per direction of E/I.

B. Civil Portion

Supplying all tools, equipment, labours and lowering 32 mm dia G.I. (Medium) pipe in DT in 3 mtr. Length all complete job as per direction of E/I. Including carriage of materials.

Supplying all tools, Labour for fitting and fixing deep well cylinder with necessary connecting rod all complete job as per specification & direction of E/I.

Supplying all materials, labours for fitting and fixing of India Mark II Hand Pump with all accessories all job complete as per direction of E/I. Including carriage of materials.

Supplying all materials, labours and equipment for constructing PCC (1:2:4) circular platform around each drilled tube well including 12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) with neat cement punning over exposed surface as per UNICEF design etc. all complete. Including carriage of materials.

Supplying all materials labour and equipment for constructing PCC (1:2:4) drain as per UNICEF Design etc. all complete .Including carriage of materials.

Add Extra Item for Supplying tools, labours and materials for painting, numbering and year for construction of T/Well and taking of colour photograph with two or three nearest persons including platform, drain, soak pit and also longitude & latitude, details of T/W such as total depth, casing depth, static water level, drawdown, discharge, strata chart, beneficiary population etc in separate sheet/format all complete as per direction of E/I.

C. Cost of Materials

cost of standard I.S.I. mark Deep Well Hand Pump for India mark-II, I.S.I. 15500 (Part 2) / 2004 with latest revision including 12mm x 3 meter long 8 no. Connecting Rods made of bright bar electro-galvanized fitted with coupler & normal stand assembly recommended for use with cylinder assembly suitable for bore well casing pipe.

Cost of 32 mm dia GI pipe (Medium) 3 Mtrs long screwed at both ends with seamless socket as per IS:1239(Part 1990).

Cost of 125 mm dia blue UPVC casing pipe as per IS 12818/2016 CML No.5543459

Supplying of 125 mm dia. Ribbed screen pipe confirming to IS:12818:2016 (CML no- 1543459) latest revision including carriage.
