Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary , gusset plates, riveting etc n exc 10 Kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.410. Gde E-310 (Brackets over 10 Kg each to be measured under "Structural Steel") Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note-Quoted rate shall also include cost of fabrication and fixing at site.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (350x250mm)/(450x350mm) x 7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick back coat layer plaster in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and as directed.

20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(Size of Kota Stone slab shall be 52 cm x 52 cm).

Supply and laying sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid, complete all as specified and directed.
