Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially sunkun floor provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100mm thick including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4,type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement as in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing compound to be measured separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning sunken portion of slab (Bottom & sides) and providing water proofing treatment as under complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Providing min 3" concave coving with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate admixed with WPC complast X 421 IC . Cement slurry admixed with bonding compound Nitobond AR to be used for bonding of coving with RCC member. Covering CI pipes with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 20mm graded stone aggregate admixed with integral WPC complast X 421 IC (Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd). (b) Drilling 50mm deep holes at a distance of 1m c/c and cleaned with water and air, fixing nozzles of 12mm dia on drilled holes, injecting non shrink cement slurry at a pressure of 40 psi and nipples plugged with quick setting compounds. (c) Applying 2 full coats of brush bond acrylic emulsion based elastromeric water proofing coating after the primer with a min time gap of 4-6 hrs between 1st & 2nd coat. (d) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 admixed with WPC complast X 421 IC after ponding test for a period for 72 hours of sunken floor . (e) GI tubing 40 mm dia of medium grade for spout of 600 mm long for each sunken floor.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 X 200X7mm/ 300X450X7 mm coloured tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry or pointed in white or coloured to match over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but no exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceremic tiles 10 mm thick (square /ractangular) polished light shade, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm over and incl 20 mm thick CM 1:6 screed bed in floors/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair or unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finish even and smooth without using extra cement including Taking down cement plaster on brick wall surfaces or concrete wall surface on roof parapet wall surfaces or external/internal wall/ceiling surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the rubbish out of Mod Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair or unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 including Taking down cement plaster on brick wall surfaces or concrete wall surface on roof parapet wall surfaces or external/internal wall/ceiling surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the rubbish out of Mod Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on concrete surface in cm 1:3 as in ceiling finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including Taking down cement plaster on brick wall surfaces or concrete wall surface on roof parapet wall surfaces or external/internal wall/ceiling surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the rubbish out of Mod Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1.5 mm thick putty and a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1.5 mm thick putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) complete with plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom & cover & mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinges device & flush pipe of polythene of low or high density of PVC 32mm dia for low level PVC cistern complete all as specified and directed Make: (HINDWARE/PARRY WARE/CERA) Ist quality.

Taking down chowkhats or frame of any description n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Net area of front finished will be measured.

S&F 20 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade prelaminated with decorative choice lamination for making open cabinets and shelves like fixed with screws in narrow width and making complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite black (table rubbed and polished for wall lining and pointing with white cement 1:2 using marbel dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite stone incl. cutting and polishing over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as wall lining/lift facia complete colour and size as approved by GE including demolition of existing stone slab/tile of any description or thickness in any position complete all as specified and directed.
