Supply and installing of electric water heater of ABS body type of 25ltr capacity with rated power 2 KW, 5 star rated of ABS body vertical type, thermally insulated stainless steel tank of glass lined inside the tank alongwith heating element, syphon asembly and NRV, thermostate, indicator including steel braided flexible connection for pipe of size 15mm dia bore with G.I hexagonal adopters/nuts on both sides for inlet (cold water supply) 7 outlet (hot water supply) and including provision of wall mounting aggrangment and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water including testing after installation , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 30 W LED street light with pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass cover, LED lens, system efficency = 100 lumen/Watt, colour temperature (CCT) > 5700 + 300K, CRI>80, IP 65 protection, IK07 rating, potted electronic driver with THD<10%, PF>0.95, manufacture name should be embossed on light fitting. All type of testing for photometry, electrical and elctronic parameters is to done in NABL approved lab. The light fitting system must comply the IS standards including mounting on GI bracket of suitable dia bend to shape and fixed to wall by means of clamps or nuts, bolts and connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor LT grade 1100 volts grade and cross section area 16 sqmm 2 core conforming to latest IS and ISI marked laid in trenches complete with cable lugs, glands etc all as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection to be measured and paid for separately.

Material & Labour for cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. Note:Excavation and earth work measured separately.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only Punned thickness i.e. 18cm shall be measured and paid)

Material & Labour for galvanised iron tubes 40 mm bore, light grade for protection of cable with & including all fittings fixed to wall, pole or laid in road/floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected by 4 mm dia GI wire as earth lead by means of nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers of GI or steel including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish, internal dimension of chamber shall be 300x 300 mm ,15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire guage mesh, CI frame with 10 mm thick hinged CI cover with flush type lifting handle at ground level, alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part -1 (2009) and specified including provision of GI strip upto 7.5 metre protected by 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade, excavation, earth work and connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board all as specified and testing complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-In-Charge. Note: On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be re-done at no extra cost.
