Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m -All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1 .5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.- Using steel sheet with M.S. frames.

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Brick work with fly ash FPS bricks of class designation 35 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Supplying and fixing of steel grill work of m.s. angles, flats, squares and pipes including cost of welding charges, fixing in position in masonry walls with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) including one coat of priming coat etc. complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work. (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of specified diameter and length below the pile cap M20 in cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with, bentonite solutions and temporary casing of appropriated length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc., all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap). 300mm dia piles.
