Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads upto 3.00km from the site, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift and 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M. distance as directed by the E/I.(compected with 95% procter density}.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Grade-I) (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.401)

Providing and laying slurry seal consisting of a mixture of fine aggregates, portland cement filler, bituminous emulsion and water on a road surface including cleaning of surface, mixing of slurry seal in a suitable mobile plant, laying and compacting to provide even riding surface

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared Bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.503)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared Bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.503)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approved grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and direction of E/I As per MORT&H. 602

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50M. and lead upto 30M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the E/I upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. As per SI No. 251A

Cement Concrete with 4 cm. guage approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI No. 279b

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5;3 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. SI No 284

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications & MORT&H 1600 work completed as per Direction of E/I

M-150 Brick Work in in 1:3 (One cement & three fine sand of 1.25 F.M.) mortar foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work(SI-307 of Ch 6)

12 mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 cement and approved coarse sand mortar in 1:3 work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work(.Si 582a of ch 5)

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work..(Si 279 of ch 5)

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 Fineness modulus.(Si -574 of ch 13)

Providing and laying of 600mm hume pipe in position I/C labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work(.New item of Ch 1+Si 10.27 of ch 20)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.(Ch 27 New item 7)

Reflective Raised Pavement Marker Providing and fixing of raised pavement markers (Cat Eye) Type x-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennision/3m(USA Make) having moulded body of polycarbonate, ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 M.T. tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H Circular, its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection of light), electronically welded to the body. The length, height and width of the body shall not exceed 130 mm, 20 mm and 105 mm respectively, The area of each reflective surface shall not be less than 13 Sq. cm . on each side sloping at the angle of 35 + 5 degree to the base to ensure maximum reflectively. it shall comply to specification of Category A of MoRT&H circular no. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO-III dated 11.06.97 lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTMD 788 or equivalent. With 7 years warranty. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, royalty etc. All T&P/ machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.(Ch 27 New item 10)
