Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. over 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 over an including 25mm thick under layer of PCC 1:2:4 to bring the work in proper levelling set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed 250mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed, 150mm long (ISI marked), complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised 150mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) over a coat of Red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down or up steel tubing and connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store for 15 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for 25mm outer dia 3-layer PP-R P o l y p r o p y l e n e random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded p o l y p r o p y l e n e random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
