Laying of CC Roads and Construction of CC Drains in Ward No 7 of Chennur Municipality under TUFIDC

RBR-EECD-8(c) : Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means by using Hydraulic excavator including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a lead of 100 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MOR&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

RBR-FNDN-1- ( I-A-i ) In ordinary soils, up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Manual means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 305 MoRD / 304 MoRTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water pipe lines including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for Pipe Line trenches by manual means.

RBR-SBBS-1 A III: Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material / Close graded material confirming to Grading - III of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost, and conveyance of all materials to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete for finished item of work as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD / MORTH and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. For Grading III Material

Providing Vibrated Cement Concrete (1:3:6) mix using 40mm size HBG curshed stone aggregate and fine aggregate conforiming to Table 1000-2 of MoRTH including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and laour charges, centering, machine mixing,laying, vibrating,curing etc including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1700,2100 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer in Charge for base coarse below CC Pavement ( bed)

RBR-CCPV-5: Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

RBR-EECD-15: Construction of earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from roadway cutting with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision).

Vaccum dewatering of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length,vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7-0.8 atmosphere as per the standard procedure,floating with power floater,vibrating using Screed vibrator, mechanical trowelling, finishing with sound edges and corners,including hire and operational charges of machinery ,labour,fuel etc,complete for finished item as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Groove Cutting of 2-4 mm for 1/3rd depth of concrete slab using concrete groove cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 24 hours of casting of CC pavement For CC Pavement 100mm to 200mm thick

Carting of surplus excavated earth /rock/ soil or any debris for a lead of 5kms from the site to suitable place including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

RBR-FNDN-1 - In ordinary soils by Mechanical means : Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for structures as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 305 MoRD / 304 MoRTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for structures including diversion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for structures by mechanical means. For structures upto 3m depth below GL by Mechanical Means.

RBR-FNDN-2: Collection ,Supply and filling of Coarsed sand from approved quarry to work site and stacking at work site to Dept. gauge for premeasurements including cost and convenyance of all material and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications.

Providing Plain Cement concrete nominal mix M10 grade using 20mm size Graded Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, concrete, ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

RBR-FNDN-4 II(iii): Providing P.C.C grade M 15 Nominal mix concrete for structures using 20mm size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH including cost towards material, labour, formwork and all other incidental charges for complete finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in Charge For base slab

RBR-FNDN-4 II(iii): Providing P.C.C grade M 15 Nominal mix concrete for structures using 20mm size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH including cost towards material, labour, formwork and all other incidental charges for complete finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in Charge For Side wall

RBR-FNDN-4 II(iii): Providing P.C.C grade M 15 Nominal mix concrete for structures using 20mm size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH including cost towards material, labour, formwork and all other incidental charges for complete finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in Charge

RBR-FNDN-4 E: Providing R.C.C. grade M 25 (Design Mix) concrete using 20 mm Graded Metal (MORD) for structures using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH including cost towards material, labour, formwork and staging and all other incidental charges for complete finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in Charge RCC M25 grade Design Mix for top slab of drain / culvert slab

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel bars ( Fe 500/550/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126) from Category-B Steel Manufacturers i.e., (GOEL. SHYAM, JAI BALAJI, AFSTAR/MSLIFE TMT, RADHA TMT, SUGNA TMT)

Carting of surplus excavated earth /rock/ soil or any debris for a lead of 5kms from the site to suitable place including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
