Fabrication of One chimney of using size 3.15 mm MS plate like Cutting, bending, welding and making hooks for fitting the rope wire and turnbuckle and transportation. (Height = 5 Mtr., Width =450mm and thickness 3.15 mm) Approx. weight for one chimney = 173.56 Kg. So for total weight for three chimneys = 173.56 X 3 =520.69 Kg.
Making of 3 stiffeners/Flanges and fitting with one chimney for firmness. (Length 1414mm, width = 50mm, thickness =3.15mm) Approx. weight 1.748 Kg. X3 =5.244 Kg./chimney Total weight for three chimney 5.244Kg. X 3 = 15.732 Kg
