REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE TO POWER TRANSFORMER AND DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER, LT/ APFC AREA PANELS WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT RESIDENTIAL AREA AT AF STN NAL

M&L for repair and servicing of HT 33KV Main Receiving power station pole structures by replacing galvanized PG clamps, GI bolts and nuts, pieces of ACSR conductor with insulation of any size as jumpers including lubricating the moving parts of AB switch and cleaning of all disc /pin insulators and applying silicon compound for prevention of arcing due to dust/ salt deposits over the surfaces including applying one coat of zinc oxide primer on rusted portions after preparation of surfaces & a coat of aluminum paint to the entire structure complete all as directed. Note: -(1) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of two coats of white wash on exposed concrete surfaces and steel surfaces, ACSR conductor for jumpering, Bus Bar , replacement of unsv disc/pin type insulator by new, GI hard ware like nuts, bolts etc complete. (2). Contractor should visit the MRS Yard before quoting tender.

Servicing of Power transformer step down 33KV/ 11KV outdoor type of capacity 2.5MVA/3.15 MVA after disconnecting electrically the transformer carefully at the site, inspection/repair, top up the transformer oil, replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, replacement thimbles, replacement of silica gel and gasket set of top cover including pasting with pasting material,replacement of worn out nut and bolts , replacement of unserviceable of LT & HT bushes ,making all connection with suitable copper lugs , re-installing after cleaning conservator tank ,expulsion vent etc ,Meggering the LT and HT side of the transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :(i) Consumables like nuts bolts and washers are incluisive in th quoted rates,However other items shall be measured and paid separately in the respective items under. (ii) Joint shall be leak proof and any leakage noticed after repair work shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt. (iii) Contractor shall provide necessary tripod, chain & pulley, T&P, etc for transportation and the rent shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and Fixing in repair 33KV three phase elctric energy meter (trivector Energy meter), Class-0.2S accuracy, suitable for 3 Phase 4 Wire HT metering system, operating voltage 6 x 63.5V, basic current ratting 5A(lb), Max current 10A(200% of lb), 50Hz frequency, compliant with IS 14697 standard, with LCD display, pulse output facility, CT/PT operated, auxiliary supply 60-240V AC/DC+-20%, self powered and complete communication & energy monitoring feaures with testing, commissioning all as specified and directed.Make-Secure Meters Ltd, Model Apex 150, ABT type. or other equivalent make of approved make list. Note:-1. Contractor should visit the MRS Yard before quoting tender. 2. The installation, testing, commissioning and calibration of ABT meter shall be completed in pressence of JDVVNL Rep. and the above expenditure included in the above quoted rate.

Supplying and fixing in repair, Porcelain Transformer bushing on HT (11 KV) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for outdoor transformer of capacity 2.5MVA/3.15MVA and connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note.The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and suitable size pad type bus bar almuminium and nut bolt washers and reconnection

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces steel by brushing/changing stain, greasy spots with thinner and apply two coats of spray painting with with super enameled smokes grey colour paint of approved by Dept. and writing the MES /SM No with white paint for outdoor type power transformer of capacity 2.5MVA/ 3.15MVA installed at various different locations complete all as specified and directed at site.

Servicing of distribution transformer step down 11 / 0.433 KV indoor /outdoor type of capacity upto 315 KVA after dismantling the transformer carefully at the site or workshop , opening the top cover of transformer for inspection/repair, draining out the transformer oil from the housing complete,removing the carbon/sludge (which deposit in transformer housing core), replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, replacement of tap changer winding and thimbles, replacement of silica gel and gasket set of top cover including pasting with pasting material,replacement of worn out nut and bolts , replacement of unserviceable of LT & HT bushes, replacement of conservative tank glass ,making all connection with suitable copper lugs ,filling of new transformer oil , re-installing the top cover after cleaning conservator tank ,expulsion vent etc ,Meggering the LT and HT side of the transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .
