Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and subsoils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layersw of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by departmental officers with initial leae and lift etc, complete complying with standard specifiacfion and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick completed etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Randam Rubble masonry in cm 1:5 for foundation and basement including necessary provision of bond stone with simultancies pointing with the same mortar above ground level complying with standard specification.

Brick work in cm 1:5 using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7cm for the following including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying erreting and shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces in foundation and basement and in all floors for slabs and beams complying with standard spefification.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced centre concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, complete complying with standard specification. TThe binding wire shall be supplyed by the contractor.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( one cement one and half sand and three jelly) using 20mm H.B.G. jelly for all R.C.C. items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including curin but providing fixtureslike fanclamps in the R.C.C. Floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls sides and bottom of the slabs beam etc. complying with standard spefification.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Plastering with cement mortar 1;5, 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of steel door of size 0.9x2.10m including all labour charges for fixing etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fabrication of steel window of size 0.90x1.30m including all labour charges for fixing etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Providing the following thickness of Granolothic pattern floor finishing with plain cement concrete CC 1:2:4 using 10mm to 12mm size hard broken stone jelly and the top rubbed smooth etc complete complying with standard specification as directed for 20mm thick for residential building and 25mm for office building etc completed

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of new iron works such as steel doors, windows ventilators, window bars balustrads etc, with best approved first quality of synthetic enamal paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Wring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) Pvcinsulated sc cu Conductor of 1100V grade in surtable PVC rigid pipe on wall and celling with PVCaccessorles with TW switch box with 5A ft waith inflush with wall. Covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of surtable colour for pvc light point /fan point.(For electronic regulator).SD No:20

Wring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) Pvc insulated SC unsheathed CU Conductor of 1100V grade in surtable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and celling with PVC accessones.in flush with wall, 50mmx100mmx113mm with TW switch box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non iner locking CS piug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion colour for conceated PVC plug point. Supply and fixing of fsingle box type 4'40 W flu fitting complet with copper chock and condensor with TW round blocks on wallcelling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting. SD NO:88
