M&L for cleaning of sewage line manhole to manhole by rodding and well flushing with water and removing muddy soil/sludge outside Air Force Darbhanga campus wherever permitted by Civil Authorities, all as specified and directed for 100/150 mm dia sewage line, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of liquid sludge from septic tank / soak well through mechanical means and dispose off outside Air Force Darbhanga Campus wherever permitted by Civil Authorities, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Taking out sludge including effluent from septic tank/manhole/digestion chamber mechanically by sewage dispensor/bowser and disposed off outside Air Force Darbhanga campus wherever permitted by Civil Authorities complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc., capacity exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs using good quality detergent, bleaching powder and water, complete all as specified and directed and writing the words "TANK CLEANED/ CHANGED ON (Date)" with synthetic enamel paint.

All as per item No 4 above here-in-before but capacity exceeding 1000 Litres and not exceeding 2000 ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 4 above here-in-before but capacity upto 500 ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of blockage of WCs, bathrooms & blocked sewage line upto first man holes etc on day to day basis as per complaint slip received from concerned AGE B/R Darbhanga located at cell on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs only by manually (including all necessary T &P) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) For the purpose of attending complaints contarctor shall depute minimum 01 No workman per day to concerned AGE B/R located at Darbhanga. In case the contractor fails to provide the requiste workman on any day a penalty @ Rs. 800/- per labour shall be recovered from the contractor.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and surfaces finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete or brick work in any position and any description, complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary formwork, set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for foundation etc or for shafts, column footings or for laying cables etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete or PVC) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cencrete bed to drain pipes including forming cradles in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, bore of pipe 110mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm dia salt glazed stoneware drain pipes, laid in trenches and jointed in cement sand slurry in ratio 1:1, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of 150 mm dia pipe, after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section including taking out embedded portion (embadded in concrete) and making good disturbed portion, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured).

Supply and Fix in repair 600 mm dia CONSEC-ZAL Super Razor punched barb tape (SRBT) BTO-22 Aluminium base helix coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and as directed with following specifications :- (i) Dia of coil (unstretched) - 600 mm (ii) No. of circles - 51 turn per coil. (iii) Weight of each coil with hessain pack - 8.50 Kg (Minimum) (iv) Coverage per coil - 6 RM (v) Central core wire - Made from 2.60 mm dia GI - HTSS wire as per IS- 4454 galvanised as per IS -2629 . (vi) Razor punched strip Razer punched tape is CONSECZAL steel comprising of aluminium base with zinc alloy @ 230 gm/Sqm conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treated of Epoxy/Polyurethane and final paint top coat of Caulified green shade ( BSL -139 ) by Hot Dipping process . Note :- Running length of the wall shall be measured for the payment purpose.

Dismantling Chain link fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only rolled mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Dismantled steel shall be reused under this item.)

S&F MS screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n. exc. 5 cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of previously painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description not other wise described over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description n. exc. 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
